One of our favorite cozy fall recipes is this healthy Vegan Shepherd’s Pie - A hearty, flavor-packed lentil and mushroom filling meets fluffy mashed potatoes, veggies and fresh herbs in this protein-rich, plant based dish. The perfect healthy comfort food!!

TO SERVE: To reheat, transfer pie to a Pyrex or oven safe dish. Place on a baking sheet to catch any bubble over. Warm in a 350 degree oven for 10 – 15 minutes, until warmed through. Enjoy with fresh herbs!

Here's a hearty vegan meal that satisfies....Amazing brown rice, walnuts and black bean burgers seasoned with smoky cumin and paprika. Sweet, tender, flavorful, so healthy, and delicious! Served over butter lettuce - with a side of pickles and our Vegan Macaroni Salad. A crowd-pleasing vegan meal with 10 grams of plant powered protein per serving.

TO SERVE: Warm burgers in sauté pan with olive oil on medium to high heat, slightly flatten into pan for 2 minutes or until starting to brown, flip and repeat. For the Mac: Keep it cool! And let us know what you think.
