Sesame Miso Udon Bowl

Cauliflower Steaks with Roasted Chickpeas and Lemony Kale Salad

This dish is a a real crowd pleaser thanks to the delicious mix of earthy flavors and textures. Roasted, golden brown cauliflower steaks, and lemony kale layered over polenta - topped with a drizzle of our house made tahini dressing and slivered almonds.

TO SERVE: Warm the Cauliflower steaks and kale in a saute pan with a little olive oil, over medium heat on the stove top. Or heat the whole dish in an airfryer at 350 degress - until the food is crispy to your liking and comes to temperature. Serve with a dollop of Romesco Dip, a drizzle of tahini dressing and a sprinkle of slivered almonds + currants.

Romesco Dip

This is our zesty version of the classic romesco sauce that originates from Spain, which is thick enough to be called a dip or spread. We use heart healthy rolled oats that are lightly toasted until golden to give an earthier flavor to this sauce, along with roasted almonds, red pepper and a hint of smoked paprika. Serve with our rainbow of crudités or smear on a fresh baguette! Pairs with our Cauliflower Steaks this week

It's no secret that we love Mexican style bowls at TF and one of our favorite burrito bowl creations is as light and fresh as it gets! A healthy combination of flavors made with our cilantro lime rice, and packed with roasted veggies, fresh greens and plenty of plant-based protein. This one is a Fan Favorite….Enjoy!

TO SERVE: This dish can be served room temperature or you can warm the rice, black beans and sweet potato components in a saute pan on the stove top. Keep the romaine and cabbage cold and crisp, toss to combine. Once plated - drizzle with our house made Avocado Dressing and a squeeze of lime. Delicious with cubed avocado, and Siete tortillas.

Colorado Cobb Salad with Vegan Peppercorn Ranch

Meet our new favorite salad sensation! This salad is an all-veggie version of a traditional cobb salad. It’s packed with fresh corn from the cob, crispy romaine, roasted radishes, seasoned baked chickpeas and our favorite Miyokos vegan feta – served with our house made peppercorn ranch, cubed avocado and coconut “bacon”. It’s a delicious combination of flavors and we think you’ll love it.

TO SERVE: Cut open the avocado, and cube. Empty the contents of the jar into a large bowl and toss with dressing. top with a sprinkle of our coconut “bacon” and cubed avocado.

This salad would pair well with hard-boiled eggs or organic chicken for added protein punch.

Broccoli "Cheddar" Soup

Let us introduce to you one of our favorite soups! This vegan broccoli cheese soup is SO thick, rich and creamy you would never know it’s dairy free, gluten free and SUPER healthy!

TO SERVE: Empty the contents of the jar into a sauce pan. Gently warm on the stove top to desired temp, salt and pepper to taste. Add a squeeze of lemon and freshly chopped chives if desired.
