Sesame Miso Udon Bowl

These cold sesame miso noodles are a perfect no cook dish tossed with marinated tofu, crunchy slaw, cucumbers, sesame seeds, roasted cashews and served with our house made sriracha aioli + sweet and spicy Goop Miso Dressing.

To Serve: We love this dish served cold. Toss with Goop Miso Dressing and a drizzle of sriracha aioli. Pairs well with poached or hard boiled egg for added protein.

Spiced Cauliflower Fritters with Root Fries

We are always looking for new ways to make veggie fritters, and these Spicy Cauliflower Fritters are our new favorites. With antioxidant-rich broccoli and protein packed quinoa these veggie fritters are delicious and deliver a nutritious punch.

TO SERVE: In an oiled saute pan over medium heat - warm the fritters to desired temperature, about 3 minutes on each side, flipping very carefullly to avoid breaking. The root fries can be warmed in the same pan (or in the oven), until crisp. We are serving the fritters in butter lettuce leaves, with our house made Vegan Chipotle Ranch for dipping.

This nourishing Sesame Carrot Bowl is filled with sushi rice, edamame, sesame kale, crisp cabbage, and sweet carrots for a range of delectable flavors and textures. The most special part about this dish is our homemade, creamy carrot and ginger dressing. It’s sweet and tangy and perfectly balanced.

TO SERVE: This dish can be served at room temp or as a warm stir-fry. Shake or stir the dressing - separation is normal. Serve topped with tamari toasted almonds and coconut + fresh mint and scallions.
