Cauliflower Steaks with Roasted Chickpeas and Lemony Kale Salad

This dish is a a real crowd pleaser thanks to the delicious mix of earthy flavors and textures. Roasted, golden brown cauliflower steaks, oven-crisped chickpeas and quinoa layered over lemony kale - topped with a drizzle of our house made tahini dressing and slivered almonds.

TO SERVE: Warm the Cauliflower steaks, roasted chickpeas, and kale in a saute pan with a little olive oil, over medium heat on the stove top. Once plated - drizzle with Romesco Dip Sauce and a sprinkle of slivered almonds.

This is our zesty version of the classic romesco sauce that originates from Spain, which is thick enough to be called a dip or spread.
