THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)

Cherries, banana, spinach, coconut flakes, almond butter, vanilla + cinnamon.

Kale, frozen mango, banana, avocado, coconut mana, date, hemp seeds + Your Super Power Greens (wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella)

Blueberries, GF Oats, sun-butter, flax, sea salt, cinnamon.
SOUPS + SALADS
Chipotle Butternut Squash Soup
Chef T's butternut squash and black bean soup is just right for chilly mountain evenings as we transition to autumn. It strikes that balance between spicy and sweet that we love in Mexican food. Chipotle and chili powder provide warming spice to round off the sweet, seasonal flavor of butternut squash. Top with our cilantro pepita pesto and diced avocado.
GCF Asian Signature Salad
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served over brown rice, with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or cold. Stretch it as a meal to share? Add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided toasted peanuts.

NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Taco Time Bowl
A client favorite! Made with our special portabella and walnut “taco meat” served over a crunchy and colorful mixture of crisp cabbage, green leaf romaine lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, fresh corn salsa, and our homemade Cilantro Lime Dressing. To prepare the bowl: pull out the veggies, slice your cherry tomatoes, heat the "meat" in a sauté pan for ~ 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat to warm and brown. Pile over the lettuces, top with Cilantro Lime Dressing and toasted pepitas and a squeeze of fresh lime.
Good Clean Veggie Burger
Here's a hearty vegan meal that satisfies....Amazing sweet potato and black bean burgers seasoned with smoky cumin and paprika. Sweet, tender, flavorful, so healthy, and delicious! Served over butter lettuce and mixed beautiful greens - with a side of roasted root veggie fries - serve with a dollop of our Vegan Chipotle Ranch and a few slices of avocado. To prep: warm burger + fries on med/ high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, on each side, until warmed through.
Chimichurri Nourish Bowl
This Autumn Nourish Bowl is like a flavorful hug in a bowl - full of the goodness of the season. Roasted cauliflower, brussels sprouts, sweet potato + protein-packed quinoa and chick peas served with our homemade Chimichurri Sauce. Warm in a sauté pan to desired temp - we like this one served a bit warm.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Cilantro Pepita Pesto
A fun twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudite. Pairs well with our Chipotle Butternut Squash Soup
Spiced Butternut + White Bean Hummus
Rich and creamy, earthy, and savory, this recipe meets all of our GCF requirements for a great dip. Pairs well with whole grain crackers,a crusty piece of bread, or our veggie crudités . Delicious with our Chimichurri Bowl.

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Calming Coco Chia Pudding
A client favorite: This rich, hot cocoa inspired cup of goodness is a perfect healthy breakfast indulgence, or anytime treat. Sprinkled with superfood reishi infused cocoa, a touch of cinnamon and sea salt.... enjoy!
Kelly's Layered Love Bars
Two of our favorite treats come together as one super foodie bar . Our "perfect peanut bar" layer tops our mood boosting cacao crust and then we top them both with our favorite Lily's dark chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of course sea salt. These are intense(ly delicious)! Enjoy along side a cup of Joe, and store in the freezer if you prefer to make them last... (We can't help ourselves!)
