HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Chef T's Mango Power Greens
Mango, banana, avocado, kale, peanut butter, date, Your Super Power Greens (wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella)
Berry Energy Bomb
Cherries, strawberries, blueberries, banana, kale, flax, hemp, chia, Your Super Energy Bomb (Acai, guarana, maca, lucuma, banana powder) + cacao nibs.
Cherry Chocolate Smoothie
Cherries, cauliflower, raw cacao, spinach, date, almond butter, almonds + cacao nibs.
SOUPS + SALADS
Super Charged Spinach Soup
Our super healthy detox spinach soup is a delicious bowl of nourishing green goodness. Filled with ginger + turmeric + cleansing ingredients that supply a bounty of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You will feel light and nourished after eating this soup. Top with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon or lime to taste. Also wonderful with a drizzle of coconut milk and a sprinkle of red pepper flake or sriracha! (pro tip: sriracha is packaged with your noodles - use a drizzle here as well - a little goes a long way!). We love this soup paired with veggie crudités or Signature Salad.
Farmer's Market Signature Salad
This salad is all about using what's fresh and in season from your local market, and this week it's loaded with plant-based protein to keep you energized all day long. Quinoa, chickpeas, grated carrots and beets, crisp cucumbers, mixed spring greens, beautiful heirloom tomatoes, and our homemade lemony vinaigrette. Toss together, and top with pistachios, sunflowers, pumpkin seeds and sweet dark cherries. Pairs beautifully with our Spinach Soup and Romesc-Oat Dip.

NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Savory Thai Noodles
This delicious Pad Thai inspired dish, has lively textures with roasted butternut, sautéed greens and vibrant flavors! Super-satisfying, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm - add a touch coconut oil as needed to loosen noodles + sauce (shouldn't take much!). Garnish with included chopped peanuts , sriracha for spice, and a squeeze of lime. Top with fresh chopped scallion + cilantro.
Ojai Nourish Bowl
This dish is bright, boldly flavored, and beautiful to look at plus it’s super nutritious to boot! A satisfying combination of roasted veggies, kraut and spring greens topped with our delicious creamy basil vinaigrette. This dish makes an excellent vegetarian entree or can be served with protein of your choice. Pairs beautifully with our Spinach Soup or our Sweet Pea Pesto. We like this one warm, cold or combo. If desired - warm chard and roasted veggies in sauté pan to desired temp - pile over fresh greens and top with red cabbage kraut, seeds + dressing. Top with additional fresh basil if you like!
Simply Healthy Caesar
A vibrant mix of romaine, brussel sprouts, marinated lentils, and roasted cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our NEW! vegan Cesar dressing. Top with our nutrient dense vegan parmesan! Simply Delicious! Enjoy cold, room temperature, or pull out the romaine, warm the rest and pile on top for a warm/ cool salad.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Romesc-OAT Dip
This is our zesty version of the classic romesco sauce that originates from Spain, which is thick enough to be called a dip or spread. We use heart healthy rolled oats that are lightly toasted until golden to give an earthier flavor to this sauce, along with roasted almonds, red pepper and a hint of smoked paprika. Serve with our rainbow of crudités or smear on a fresh baguette!
Sweet Pea Walnut Pesto
This lovely pesto is fresh, vibrant and full of zesty flavor. We love using walnuts and spinach as the base for this pesto. The healthy fats help to stabilize blood sugar and keep you feeling satisfied for longer. Pairs very well with pasta, zoodles - or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités! Excellent with our Simply Healthy Caesar or alongside the Ojai Bowl.

Vanilla Maple Chia Pudding with Fresh Berries
A client favorite: Kelly's classic chia pudding, infused with a touch of vanilla + maple, and topped with fresh bright berries.. This treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack or dessert!
LC's Amaze-ballsz
Never has a recipe title been so accurately described! Because when you bite into these balls, its a an amazing moment indeed. Store them in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
