THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)

SOUPS + SALADS
Summer Lentil Soup
Cozy up and enjoy this warm and satisfying soup. Red lentils are one of our favorite legumes for their antioxidants, vibrant color, and protein power. For summer we are serving with fresh rainbow chard, nourishing zucchini, and a rainbow of mixed veg. Warm to desired temp (or enjoy cool!) salt, and pepper to taste. Pairs well with Kale + Artichoke Dip and toasted pita chips!

Light, fresh foods are our inspiration these days and our Chop Stix Chop Salad is just the ticket. A little bit savory, a little exotic, and a whole lotta’ color and crunch! Loaded with an assortment of fresh crunchy veggies and brown rice and tossed with our house made Spicy Ginger Dressing. Serve topped with tamari crushed peanuts and cubes of avocado. Pairs beautifully with our Lettuce Cups this week!

NEW! PF Chang Inspired Lettuce Cups
Savory, crispy and fresh! Vegetarian lettuce wraps with cauliflower and mushrooms that taste just like the famous P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps. All the flavor for a fraction of the sugar, fat and calories. Served with tender butter head lettuce cups, jasmine rice, scallions and carrots + jicama for extra crunch. Pairs well with our Chop Stix Chop Salad.
Raw Rainbow Stir-Fry
This colorful salad bowl makes it easy to "Eat The Rainbow"! It makes the perfect summer time meal, or just anytime you want something refreshing, and satisfying. Cauliflower rice, purple cabbage, marinated bok choy and kale, and crisp bright veggies - serve warm as a stir-fry, or cold and crunchy straight out of the jar. Serve with a drizzle of our homemade Açai Super Immunity Dressing and top with our toasted cashews and coconut!
Quinoa Tabbouleh Bowl
Tabbouleh is a popular dish throughout the Middle East, and has roots in Lebanese cooking. This fresh vegan salad features chopped fresh parsley, fresh mint, roasted carrots, chickpeas, our house made tahini dressing and the freshest summer veggies we could find. Traditional tabbouleh is made from bulgar wheat, but we have replaced this grain with toasted quinoa, making the dish gluten free and adding a boost of plant protein. Pair with provided heirloom tomatoes, English cucumbers and top with crunchy slivered almonds and currants. YUM!
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Kale Artichoke Dip
This one has all the comfort and familiarity of a typical creamy, cheesy artichoke dip, but we make it totally vegan with a super flavorful cashew cream. We've also added pepperocini peppers for that bit of SPICE. Pairs well with whole grain crackers, a crusty piece of bread, or our veggie crudités .
Golden Glow Hummus
This delicious "detox dip" gets its golden hue from digestion-promoting fresh ginger, a pinch of metabolism-boosting cayenne pepper, and a generous sprinkle of ground turmeric – the ultimate healthy spice. Pairs very well with our Quinoa Tabbouleh Bowl. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Mint Chip Chia Pudding
Kelly's chia pudding is healthy enough for breakfast but decadent enough for dessert! Plus, it's is packed with healthy fats and antioxidants, and tastes like mint chip ice cream! Yum!
Coconut Bliss Bars
The best and healthiest way to enjoy the chocolate coconut combination, these chocolate coconut bliss bars are low in sugar, and rich in high energy healthy fats - throw back to "Mounds"... These treats are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up! Store them in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.
