HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Berry Energy Bomb
Cherries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, banana, kale, flax, hemp, chia, Your Super Energy Bomb (Acai, guarana, maca, lucuma, banana powder) + cacao nibs.
AB&J Smoothie
Strawberries, banana, almond butter, Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein, chia seeds, hemp seeds + spinach. Add the nut milk of your choice and more greens to your taste. Enjoy!
Peach Cobbler
GF oats, pecans, date, flax, peaches, cinnamon, maple, vanilla + sea salt.
SOUPS + SALADS
Carrot Ginger Soup
This vibrant soup is bright, clean and nourishing. We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers. Combined with mineral rich veggie broth, a touch of ginger, and a splash of creamy coconut milk and you're left with a hearty bowl of soup that warms the heart and heals the body. This soup is delicious served cold or warm- it may thicken in your fridge- add a touch of water or broth to loosen. Top with a drizzle of coconut milk or if you like a little spice - red pepper flakes or sriracha!
Asian Signature Salad
Can Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or cold. Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair with jasmine or brown rice and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided tamari toasted peanuts. Pairs very well with our Ginger Carrot Soup.

Tofu Lettuce Wraps
Savory, crispy and fresh! Crunchy butter lettuce filled with fresh veggies, flavorful marinated tofu, and drizzled with our house made Perfect Peanut Sauce - that is so good you’ll want to slather on everything! Served with a slide of crisp slaw and topped with crushed peanuts. Pairs very well with our Carrot Ginger Soup. Top with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime.
Sunflower Pad Thai
This sunkissed Pad Thai is the perfect summer meal! You will get all your veggies with this delicious zoodle stir fry served with our killer sunflower sauce. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm with a touch of coconut oil - or enjoy raw, right at of the fridge! Garnish with toasted sunflower seeds, some fresh cilantro and scallion... And if you like a little spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha!
Fajita Bowl with Portobello Walnut "Taco Meat"
Made with our special portabella and walnut “taco meat”, sautéed onions, peppers, and roasted butternut. Served with cauliflower rice, crisp purple cabbage, romaine lettuce and our homemade vegan chipotle ranch. To prepare: pull out the lettuce and cabbage. Heat all remaining ingredients in a sauté pan for ~ 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Pile the fajita ingredients over the lettuces, top with chipotle ranch. *To stretch for family: pair with Siete Tortillas Chips, avocado, salsa, additional shredded cabbage or romaine - and make it a fajita making fiesta!
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Carrot Coriander + Sunflower Pate'
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our Rainbow Crudite' or enjoy with toasted pita. Pairs well this week with our Sunflower Pad Thai.
Sweet Pea Pistachio Pesto
This lovely pesto is fresh, green and full of spring flavors. Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding
We've taken the forever favorite chocolate peanut butter combo and turned it into a luscious, layered fiber and omega rich, super satiating pudding. Topped with a luscious peanut butter mousse - loaded with nutrients for guiltless decadence! Made with lots of love, of course.
Oh-Mega Carrot Cookies
Rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats - these carrot breakfast cookies are oil free, refined sugar free - and the perfect nutrient-packed-any-time-of-day kind of snack. Warm, lightly toast, or enjoy as is... pairs well with a cup of coffee or tea - relish in the "treat"!
