THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Berry Energy Bomb
Cherries, strawberries, blueberries, banana, kale, flax, hemp, chia, Your Super Energy Bomb (Acai, guarana, maca, lucuma, banana powder) + cacao nibs.
Tropical Matcha
Avocado, pineapple, mango, cashews, date, hemp seeds, coconut, spinach + Your Super Matcha {matcha, maca, moringa, wheat grass, barley grass} + Bee Keepers Bee Pollen.
Killer Chiller Oats
GF oats, Nutzo, cinnamon, medjool date, blueberries, flax, vanilla + sprinkle sea salt.

NEW!! Watermelon Gazpacho
The combination of sweet watermelon with savory herbs, and heirloom tomatoes makes this raw Watermelon Gazpacho burst with flavor. Watermelon is known to significantly reduce inflammation, boost the immune system as well as strengthen vision. Refreshing and deeply hydrating, this gazpacho is a perfect light lunch, especially on hot days! Serve cold - so delicious topped with fresh avocado! Add a squeeze of lime or a splash of rice wine vinegar if you like a little extra zip.
NEW!! Superfood Slaw Salad
Creating extra healthy food that’s also beautiful and delicious makes us very happy. Every single ingredient that makes up this Superfood Salad is a nutritional powerhouse on it's own - combined together to energize your body, boost your mood, increase your immune health, and make your skin glow. Sounds too good to be true - But it’s not, so eat up! Serve with our house made Pomegranate Vinaigrette and top with fresh bright blueberries and slivered almonds.. Wonderful on it's own, or paired with organic chicken, grilled salmon and |or topped with a few slivers of avocado.

Southwestern Power Bowl
A vegan meal that won't disappoint! Tender roasted sweet potatoes full of southwestern flavor, served over brown rice and piled high with raw corn salsa, jicama slaw, and crisp romaine lettuce. Served with a drizzle of our homemade Chipotle Ranch. Pairs SO well with our Chipotle Butternut Dip OR Jalapeño Pesto! This bowl can be served as a warm/cold combo (just warm the rice and beans) or great at room temp. If you prefer warm - reserve the lettuce and jicama slaw - warm the rest to desired temp - toss together - top with a dollop of dressing and enjoy!
Summer Nicoise Salad
We are upping our salad game with this vibrant Summer Niçoise Salad. Loaded with green beans, fresh herbs, white beans, olives, marinated potatoes, farm fresh heirloom tomatoes and corn - and the most delicious herby, tangy olive oil-dressing, this summer Niçoise salad is nothing short of awesome. Perfect for a summer lunch or served up for dinner al fresco. Our vegan Nicoise has something everyone will love.....For a more traditional presentation, add a hard boiled egg + 2-3 ounces of tuna or salmon.
Zucchini White Bean Burger
Our newest veggie burger isn’t just any ole' veggie burger.... it’s a burger packed full of bold flavors and super charged nutrition: millet, zucchini, garbanzo beans, mushrooms, - served over butter lettuce and topped with our tangy pickled onions and lemony garlic aioli.....SO GOOD. Served with a spring green salad and butter lettuce wraps. Pairs well with our Cilantro Jalapeno Pesto.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Chipotle Butternut Sqaush + White Bean Dip
Rich and creamy, earthy, and savory, this dip meets all of our GCF requirements for a great dip. Pairs well with whole grain crackers,a crusty piece of bread, or our veggie crudités . Delicious with our Southwestern Power Bowl.
Cilantro Jalapeno Pesto
A slightly spicy, tangy twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudite. Pairs well with our Zucchini White Bean Burger or Southwestern Power Bowl.

Kelly's signature Chia Puddings are truly cupful of love! Perfect as quick and nutritious breakfast, afternoon snack, or healthy dessert.
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
A toasty, tasty oatmeal cookie that’s vegan and gluten free! Delicious with your morning cup of coffee or as a fun family treat to be shared after dinner. Great for dunking in milk, coffee or chai!
