SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
AB+J Smoothie
Strawberries, banana, Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein, chia seeds spinach. Add the nut milk of your choice and more greens to your taste. Enjoy!
Cherry Chocolate Smoothie
Sweet dark cherries, cauliflower, cacao powder, cacao nibs, almond butter, hemp hearts, medjool date, kale.
Power Berry Cobbler
GF oats, peaches, wild blueberries, pecans, flax seeds, cinnamon, medjool date, coconut sugar, vanilla, sea salt, Your Super Energy Bomb {Acai, Guarana, Maca, Lucuma, and Banana Powder}
SOUPS + SALADS
Spring Pea & Mint Soup
This wonderful spring-inspired soup highlights the fresh combination of peas and mint. Simple ingredients made clean: spring peas, asparagus and fresh herbs keeps the finished soup looking and tasting bright + light. Delicious warm or chilled, it's a spring and summer time staple - top with a drizzle of lemon zest crema and enjoy! (with fresh sunflower sprouts and vibrant herbs - this will be most vibrant at the beginning of your week, don't wait!)
Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with tri-color quinoa and our house made lemony vinaigrette. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. Stretch it as a meal to share? Add protein of your choice - great with chicken , poached egg or tofu. Top with provided toasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries and pistachios. Pairs very well with our Spring Pea & Mint Soup.

Craving Sushi Salad
If you’re craving sushi, this "sushi roll in a bowl" is a fun and delicious way to get your fix! Sticky rice, edamame, crunchy pickled carrots and fresh greens all come together with (gut balancing) ginger cabbage kraut. We love this one cold or room temp. (If you prefer to warm your rice, that works beautifully too!) Top with a our homemade Ginger Miso Dressing and a sprinkle of fresh scallion. Pairs nicely with avocado slices.
Taco Time {Summer Style}
A client favorite! Made with our special portabella and walnut “taco meat” served over a crunchy and colorful mixture of fresh corn, radishes, crisp cabbage, green leaf romaine lettuce and our homemade Cilantro Lime Dressing. To prepare: pull out the veggies, slice your cherry tomatoes, heat the "meat" in a sauté pan for ~ 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat to warm and brown. Pile over the lettuces, top with Cilantro Lime Dressing and toasted taco shells..
NEW!! Field To Fork's Kung Pao Cauliflower Curry
This recipe is inspired by the popular Chinese take-out dish, Kung Pao Chicken. We've swapped out the deep fried chicken for super nutritious, oven -roasted cauliflower and the result is a perfectly healthy, but still delicious alternative to the traditional version. We think it's even better than takeout! Serve over brown rice and garnish with fresh cilantro, scallions, Thai basil and peanuts. Add a dash of siracha if you like a spicy kick!
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Cilantro + Pepita Pesto
A fun twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudite. Also pairs very well with our Taco Time Bowl.
Mac Nut Divinity Dip
Move over hummus...There's a new dip in town! With a macadamia nut base, the smoky, sweet and spicy flavors in this red pepper dip make it a standout. Pairs well with pita wedges, crackers or a crusty piece of bread. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités.

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Strawberry Mouse CHIA PUDDING
We LOVE fresh strawberries! There is just no other food that so perfectly evokes the taste of summertime. This Strawberry Mouse Chia Pudding is an amazing breakfast or dessert—its super healthy and filling without any added sugar. Yay!
Awesome Almond Brownies
These brownies are something special - fudgy, flourless almond butter brownies made with natural almond butter, pure maple syrup & cocoa powder. Delicious eaten cold from the fridge with an afternoon latte or cup of tea.
