SOUPS + SALADS
Carrot Ginger Soup
This vibrant soup is bright, clean and nourishing. We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers. Combined with mineral rich veggie broth, a touch of ginger, and a splash of creamy coconut milk and you're left with a hearty bowl of soup that warms the heart and heals the body. This soup is delicious served cold or warm- it may thicken in your fridge- add a touch of water or broth to loosen. Top with a drizzle of coconut milk or if you like a little spice - red pepper flakes or sriracha!
Asian Signature Salad
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We love this salad served cold and crunchy or heated and served as a stir fry. Stretch it as a meal to share... add a protein of your choice (great with chicken, fried egg or tofu).
BOWLS & ENTREES
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Miso Sweet Potato Collard Tacos
It’s time to welcome in the abundant summer produce, and dig into some crisp veggies and bright flavors - and these light and delicious Collard Wraps are just the ticket! Served with fresh asparagus and a seasoned salad of crisp kale, match sticked carrots, jicama, sesame seeds and our homemade Ginger Sesame Dressing. Enjoy these wraps cold or room temp.
Raw Rainbow Stir-Fry
This colorful salad bowl makes it easy to "Eat The Rainbow"! It makes the perfect summer time meal, or just anytime you want something refreshing, and satisfying. Cauliflower rice, purple and green cabbage, marinated bok choy and crisp bright veggies - serve warm as a stir-fry, or cold and crunchy straight out of the jar. Serve with a drizzle of our homemade Açai Super Immunity Dressing and top with our toasted cashews and coconut!
Pesto Noodle Bowl with Butternut Squash
A classic comfort food! Gluten Free fusilli pasta with sweet pea basil pesto, roasted butternut squash, lemony chickpeas and toasted walnuts. To serve simply warm, toss and enjoy! Add a dash of olive oil to loosen noodles as needed and warm to your desired consistency. This dish is high in vitamins A, C, E, calcium, potassium + iron....A Super Food! We love to enjoy this one warm or room temp - a great pack and go lunch!
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Sweet Pea Pistachio Pesto
This lovely pesto is fresh, green and full of spring flavors. Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
Carrot Corriander Sunflower Pate
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our veggie crudite or enjoy with toasted pita. Pairs beautifully with our Raw Rainbow Stir-Fry.
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Brilliant Berry CHIA PUDDING
A client favorite: Kelly's classic chia pudding, infused with a touch of vanilla + maple, and topped with fresh bright berries.. This treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
Crunchy Baked Granola Bars
These homemade granola bars are a healthy and delicious snack! Made simply with pecans, oats , coconut, dates and a dash of maple, these bars are an energy-rich treat and much more wholesome (and tasty) that a "power bar" or store bought granola bar. Keep this in the fridge or the chocolate will melt (yum!)
