THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Maca Monkey Smoothie
Cauliflower, banana, Sunwarrior mocha protein, peanut butter, hemp hearts, date, maca, chaga coffee, cacao nibs, cinnamon + sea salt.
Killer Chiller Oats
GF oats, sunbutter, cinnamon, medjool date, blueberries, flax, vanilla + sprinkle sea salt.
Berry Energy Bomb
Cherries, strawberries, blueberries, banana, kale, flax, hemp, chia, Your Super Energy Bomb (Acai, guarana, maca, lucuma, banana powder) + cacao nibs.
SOUPS + SALADS
NEW!! Summer Zucchini Gazpacho with Fresh Basil
For a healthy lunch or dinner on a summer day, it’s hard to beat this cool and flavorful soup, which takes advantage of the fresh zucchini that seems to overflow from the garden at this time of year. We love this soup served lightly chilled, or room temperature paired along side our Farmer's Market Salad, or a crusty piece of garlic bread. Top with provided hemps seed parmesan and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Salt and pepper to taste.
Farmer's Market Signature Salad
This salad is all about using what's fresh and in season from your local market, and this week it's loaded with plant-based protein to keep you energized all day long. Quinoa, chickpeas, grated carrots, red cabbage, mixed spring greens, and our homemade Lemony Vinaigrette. Toss together, and top with pistachio, sunflower seeds and sweet tart cherries. Pairs beautifully with our "Can't Beet It" Hummus.

NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Roasted Broccoli Buddha Bowl
A hearty and satisfying vegan meal bowl made with tamari seasoned tofu, brown rice and brightly colored roasted broccoli, red pepper, sweet potato and marinated bok choy. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm (also delicious room temp if you want to lunch on the run!) Dress with with our homemade perfect peanut sauce. Garnish with fresh lime and cilantro or scallions.
NEW!! Broccoli Chickpea Fritters
These veggie filled fritters are made with chickpeas and flax, so the protein and fiber punch that they pack is significant. It also means that these little fritters are super satisfying and hearty. We are serving these delicious bites over beautiful butter lettuce with a fresh slaw salad and our Vegan Chipotle Ranch for dipping. Heat the fritters (a few minutes on each side on medium/high heat) until warmed thoroughly. Pairs well with our Good Clean Bitchin' Sauce, Rainbow Veggie Crudite or our Farmer's Market Salad.
NEW!! Fresh Corn and Roasted Red Pepper Salad Bowl
This delicious and light Corn Salad is filled with bright and vibrant greens, roasted red pepper, quinoa and black bean salad then tossed with our house made, slightly spicy Jalapeño Dressing! The combination of flavors from the fresh summer produce is irresistible. This salad pairs well with our Chickpea Fritters or Zucchini Gazpacho. Would also be wonderful served with chicken or fish!

Our homemade Bitchin' Sauce recipe is made with almonds and spices - one bite and you’re hooked. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités, flax crackers or enjoy warm with tortilla chips!

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Kelly's Oatmeal Cookie Dough Bites
These nutritious little bites of goodness taste a whole lot like cookie dough! We love these energy bites with coffee for a mid-morning snack or as a treat to share with the kids. Store them in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.
Camp Fire Cacao Chia Pudding
A client favorite! Made with antioxidant rich cacao and topped peanut butter mousse and a nice dusting of reishi cocoa powder, this treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. Its super healthy and satisfying and not overly sweet!
