THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Tropical Matcha
Mango, pineapple, avocado, cashews, hemp seeds, flaked coconut, spinanach, date, YS matcha: matcha, maca, moringa, wheat grass, barley grass (Certified organic + gluten free).

SOUPS + SALADS
Super Charged Spinach Soup
Our super healthy detox spinach soup is a delicious bowl of nourishing green goodness. Filled with ginger + turmeric + cleansing ingredients that supply a bounty of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You will feel light and nourished after eating this soup. Separation is normal, give it a good shake and heat to your desired temp. Top with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste. Or - wonderful with a drizzle of coconut milk and a sprinkle of red pepper flake. We love this soup paired along side our veggie crudite or Signature Salad. Enjoy this one on the front end of your week!
GCF Stacked Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad, with roasted beets, fresh from the market veggies, rainbow quinoa and our house made, slightly sweet, tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. For a raw refreshing light lunch - top with chopped honey crisp apple, a squeeze of lemon, provided currants and sunflower seeds, and sprinkle of sea salt. Pairs very well with our Super Charged Spinach Soup.

Ojai Nourish Bowl
This dish is bright, boldly flavored, and beautiful to look at plus it’s super nutritious to boot! A satisfying combination of roasted veggies, kraut and spring greens topped with our delicious creamy basil vinaigrette. This dish makes an excellent vegetarian entree or can be served with protein of your choice. Pairs beautifully with our Spinach Soup and our Sunflower Pate. We like this one warm, cold or combo. If desired - warm chard and roasted veggies in sauté pan to desired temp - pile over fresh greens and top with red cabbage kraut, seeds + dressing.
NEW!! Summer Nicoise Salad
We are upping our salad game with this vibrant Summer Niçoise Salad. Loaded with green beans, fresh herbs, white beans, crispy radisnes, olives, potatoes and the most delicious salty, tangy olive oil-dressing, this summer Niçoise salad is nothing short of awesome. Perfect for a summer lunch or served up for dinner al fresco. Our vegan Nicoise has something everyone will love.....For a more traditional presentation, add a hard boiled egg + 2-3 ounces of tuna or salmon.
NEW!! Savory Thai Noodles
This delicious Pad Thai inspired dish, has lively textures with roasted butternut, sautéed bok choy and bright green asparagus. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm - add a touch coconut oil as needed to loosen noodles + sauce (shouldn't take much!). Garnish with included chopped peanuts , and a squeeze of lime. Also pairs deliciously with chopped cashews, and if you like a little spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha!
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Herbed Sunflower Pate
A savory, bean-free, hummus-inspired dip with sunflower seeds, garlic, dill, and lemon! It's creamy, incredibly flavorful, and perfect for crackers, veggies, sandwiches, and more. Pairs well this week with the Ojai Nourish Bowl.
Romanesc-OAT Sauce
This is our zesty version of the classic romesco sauce that originates from Spain, which is thick enough to be called a dip or spread. We use heart healthy rolled oats that are lightly toasted until golden to give an earthier flavor to this sauce, along with almonds, red pepper and a hint of smoked paprika. Serve with our rainbow of crudités.
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Oh-Mega Carrot Cookies
Rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats - these carrot breakfast cookies are oil free, refined sugar free - and the perfect nutrient-packed-any-time-of-day kind of snack. Warm, lightly toast, or enjoy as is... pairs well with a cup of coffee or tea - relish in the "treat"!
Strawberry Shortcake Chia
We LOVE fresh strawberries! There is just no other food that so perfectly evokes the taste of summertime. This Strawberry Shortcake Chia Pudding is an amazing breakfast or dessert—its super healthy and filling without any added sugar. Yay!
