SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Berry Energy Bomb
Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries + cherries, banana, spinach, hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax, cacao nibs + Your Super Energy Bomb {Acai, Guarana, Maca, Lucuma, Banana Powder}.

Blueberry, banana, spinach, almonds, cacao powder, cacao nibs + maca. Add more greens or banana to your preference.
Your Super Green Goddess
Avocado, mango, banana, kale, almond butter, date, mint + Your Super Greens {wheatgrass, barley grass, moringa, baobab, spirulina, + chlorella}.
SOUPS + SALADS
Carrot Ginger Gazpacho
This beautiful Thai inspired soup is bright and nourishing. We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers. Combined with mineral rich veggie broth, a touch of ginger, and creamy coconut milk and you're left with a lovely bowl of soup that warms the heart and heals the body. This soup is delicious served cold or warm. Serve with a sprinkle of our sriracha toasted cashews + coconut. Pairs well with our Light + Bright Summer Dip.
Asian Signature Salad
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or cold. Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair with jasmine or brown rice and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided tamari toasted peanuts. Pairs very well with our Ginger Carrot Gazpacho and Mac Nut Divinity Dip this week.

Craving Sushi? Salad
If you’re craving sushi, this "sushi roll in a bowl" is a fun and delicious way to get your fix! Sticky rice, edamame, crunchy pickled carrots and fresh greens all come together with (gut balancing) Ginger Cabbage Kraut. Top with our homemade Ginger Miso Dressing.
NEW!! GCF Beet Burger with Root Veggie Fries
Our hearty beet burgers with Vegan Tzatziki- a delicious combo of chickpeas (or cannalini), beets and fresh dill topped with a flavorful vegan tzatziki. Sweet, tender, flavorful, so healthy, and delicious! Served over butter lettuce with a side of roasted root veggie fries. This dish is bright, beautiful and super nutritious to boot. To prep: warm burger + fries on med/ high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, on each side, until warmed through and slightly crisp.
NEW!! Sweet Pea Pesto Noodle Bowl
This delicious, gluten-free, plant-based pasta dish is the perfect spring time meal, and here’s why: It's filled with the bright, fresh flavors of basil, lemon, garlic + protein power from the peas + it’s chock full of antioxidant rich leafy greens and roasted squash to boot! We love using walnuts as the base for this pesto. (Traditional pesto is made with pine nuts) The healthy fats help to slow the absorption of carbohydrates into your system, stabilizing blood sugar and keeping you feeling satisfied for longer. Enjoy as a lunch on the run at room temp, or warm all ingredients in a sauté pan (reserving the greens if you prefer a warm cold combo) for 5 mins - stirring occasionally - pile on top of the greens, salt + pepper to taste, and enjoy!

Mac Nut Divinity Dip
This rich dipping sauce is vibrant and delicious! With rich macadamia nuts and vibrant red peeper - this dip is delicious as a veggie dip with our rainbow of crudités, or served warm with pita chips!
Light & Bright Summer Dip
This fresh, green, creamy dip is made with edamame, cashews and lots of fresh herbs is light, bright and delish! Oil free and veggie vibrant - Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or as a spread on rustic toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités! Pairs well with our Ginger Carrot Soup this week!

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Oatmeal Chip CHIA PUDDING
The nostalgic flavors of Grandma's cinnamon infused oatmeal cookies..... packed with protein, healthy fats and lots love. Enjoy for breakfast, an afternoon pick me up, or an evening (guiltless) treat!
Almond Butter Granola Bars
Simply delicious - Chocolate chips and almond butter make these bars irresistible without any of the guilt. Keep in the fridge and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea for the perfect afternoon or post-workout snack. Store these in the fridge for best results!
