SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)

SOUPS + SALADS
Chef Alex's Spring Pea & Mint Soup
This wonderful spring-inspired soup highlights the fresh combination of peas and mint. Simple ingredients made clean: spring peas, asparagus and fresh herbs keeps the finished soup looking and tasting bright + light. Delicious warm or chilled, it's a springtime staple - top with a drizzle of lemon zest crema and enjoy. (with fresh sunflower sprouts and vibrant herbs - this will be most vibrant at the beginning of your week, don't wait!)
Farmer's Market Signature Salad
This salad is all about using what's fresh and in season from your local market, and this week it's loaded with plant-based protein to keep you energized all day long. Quinoa, chickpeas, grated carrots and beets, crisp cucumbers, mixed spring greens, and our homemade lemony vinaigrette. Toss together, and top with pistachios, sunflowers, pumpkin seeds and cranberries. Pairs beautifully with our Sunflower Pâte.

Cauliflower Chickpea Curry
This vegan curry is an explosion of awesome flavors, warming spices, and refreshing lemongrass. We served it over brown rice and love to top with a sprinkle of chopped sriracha toasted cashews + coconut, and a squeeze of lime. We love it served over dark leafy greens or a baked sweet potato. Sprinkle with cilantro or scallions and a sprinkle of red pepper if you like a little more spice! Pairs well with Naan Bread.
Ojai Nourish Bowl
This dish is bright, boldly flavored, and beautiful to look at plus it’s super nutritious to boot! A satisfying combination of roasted veggies, kraut and spring greens topped with our delicious creamy basil vinaigrette. This dish makes an excellent vegetarian entree or can be served with protein of your choice. Pairs beautifully with our Spring Pea Soup and our Sunflower Pate. We like this one warm, cold or combo. If desired - warm chard and roasted veggies in sauté pan to desired temp - pile over fresh greens and top with red cabbage kraut, seeds + dressing.
Fan Fave: Taco Time
Flavorful black beans and bright butternut come together with brown rice, cabbage slaw, butter lettuce and our homemade adobe ranch to create the yummiest vegan and gluten free tacos! Serve with provided Siete tortillas, two house made sauces: our pico de gallo and vegan chipotle ranch, fresh avocado and a slice of lime. Prep tips: Remove crunchy cabbage slaw + lettuce and warm all remaining contents in a sauté pan to desired temp. To prep tortillas: heat on griddle or in pan at medium high heat for about 20 to 30 seconds per side.
BENTO VEGGIE BOX + DIPS:
Carrot Coriander + Sunflower Pâte
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our Bento Veggie Box or enjoy with toasted pita. Pairs well this week with the Ojai Nourish Bowl.
NEW!! Holy Hemp Dip
Hemp seeds are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. They are also a great protein source and contain high amounts of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and more. We have mixed up these super seeds with gut healthy miso and ginger to create a zesty, versatile veggie dip. We love this with the roasted veggies provided!

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Brilliant Berry CHIA PUDDING
A client favorite: Kelly's classic chia pudding, infused with a touch of vanilla + maple, and topped with fresh bright berries.. This treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
Better Than Perfect Bars
Simply delicious - nut butter and chocolate never disappoint and this is a protein packed 5 ingredient no bake energy bar. Keep it in the fridge and enjoy with a cup of cold brew for a "perfect" treat.
