THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.

SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Maca Monkey
GF oats, cauliflower, sunwarrior mocha protein powder, chaga coffee, peanut butter, hemp hearts, date, maca, cinnamon + sea salt.
Tropical Matcha Smoothie
Avocado, pineapple, mango, cashews, date, hemp seeds, coconut, spinach + Your Super Matcha {matcha, maca, moringa, wheat grass, barley grass} + Bee Keepers Bee Pollen.
Get Up and Goji
Goji berries, cauliflower, strawberries, blueberries, sweet dark cherries, banana, Your Super Energy Bomb (Guarana, Maca, Lucuma, Acai).
SOUPS + SALADS
Summer Harvest Soup
A wonderful soup to transition from spring to summer. It packs a bounty of summer flavors, with a warming comfort for those cooler summer evenings. Season with a touch of salt and pepper, and if you like a little spice - a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. We love this soup garnished with avocado slices, plantain chips and a squeeze of lime. Swoon!
Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with our house made lemony vinaigrette. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. Pairs well this week with our Summer Harvest Soup. Stretch it as a meal to share? Add a 1/4 cup of quinoa or a protein of your choice (great with chicken , poached egg or tofu). Top with provided toasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries and pistachios.

Miso Sweet Potato Collard Wraps
It’s time to welcome in the abundant summer produce, and dig into some crisp veggies and bright flavors - and these light and delicious Collard Wraps are just the ticket! Served with fresh spring vegetables and a side salad of crisp kale, match sticked carrots, jicama, sesame seeds and our homemade Ginger Sesame Dressing. Enjoy these wraps cold or room temp.
NEW!! Quinoa Tabbouleh Bowl
Tabbouleh is a popular dish throughout the Middle East, and has roots in Lebanese cooking. This fresh vegan salad features chopped fresh parsley, fresh mint, roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, our house made tahini dressing and the freshest summer veggies we could find. Traditional tabbouleh is made from bulgar wheat, but we have replaced this grain with toasted quinoa, making the dish gluten free and adding a boost of plant protein. Top with crunchy slivered almonds and currants.
Roasted Broccoli Buddha Bowl
A hearty and satisfying vegan meal bowl made with tamari seasoned tofu, brown rice and brightly colored roasted broccoli, red pepper, sweet potato and marinated bok choy. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm (also delicious room temp if you want to lunch on the run!) Dress with with our homemade perfect peanut sauce. Garnish with fresh lime and teriyaki toasted peanuts. Pairs well with pepita cilantro pesto.

"Can't Beet It" Hummus
Isn't healthy beautiful? HOT pink, lemony with a kick of garlic and full of vitamins and minerals. Serve with our rainbow of crudités or gf crackers. Pairs very well with our Mediterranean Tabbouleh Bowl.
Pepita Cilantro Pesto
A fun twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudite. Pairs deliciously with our Summer Harvest Soup and our Broccolli Bowl!
