THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Chef T's Mango Power Greens
Mango, banana, avocado, spinach, peanut butter, date, Your Super Power Greens (wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella)
Cherry Cobbler
Gluten free oats, organic cherries, pecans, almond butter, golden flax seeds, cinnamon, date, vanilla + sea salt
Berry Energy Bomb
Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, hemp seeds, banana, cacao nibs, spinach, Berry Energy Bomb (Acai, Guarana, Maca, Lucuma, Banana Powder. *Organic + GF Certified)
SALADS
Simply Healthy Caesar Salad
A vibrant mix of romaine, shaved brussel sprouts, chickpeas, and roasted cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our tangy tahini yogurt dressing. Top with our nutrient dense vegan parmesan! Simply Delicious. Enjoy cold, room temperature, or pull out the romaine, warm the rest and pile on top for a warm/ cool salad.
Asian Style Signature Salad
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We love this salad served cold and crunchy or heated and served as a stir fry. Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair jasmine, brown rice or quinoa and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu).

Better Than Bolognese
The traditional Bolognese sauce has a rich cast of characters—up to three kinds of meat, cream, cheese —and packs half a day’s worth of saturated fat into just one serving. Here, cauliflower and mushrooms mimic the texture of ground meat while adding plenty of savory depth, with less than half the calories. Served with sautéed chard and a sprinkle of vegan parmesan over our favorite gluten-free pasta. This dish pairs beautifully with our steamed artichoke. To prepare empty all contents into sauté pan and warm until noodles are perfectly soft. Bellissimo!
Rainbow Veggie Curry
This vegan curry is an explosion of awesome flavors, warming spices, and refreshing lemongrass. We served it over brown rice and love to top with a sprinkle of chopped sriracha toasted cashews + coconut, and a squeeze of lime. The curry may thicken in the fridge - add a touch of water or broth to loosen. Pairs well with Naan bread, or over dark leafy greens. Sprinkle with cilantro or scallions and a sprinkle of red pepper if you like a little more spice!
NEW!! Sunflower Summer Pad Thai
This sunkissed Pad Thai is the perfect summer meal! You will get all your veggies with this delicious zoodle stir fry served with our killer sunflower sauce. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm with a touch of coconut oil - or enjoy right at of the fridge! Garnish with toasted sunflower seeds... And if you like a little spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha!
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Macarona Almond Basil Pesto
Vibrant, fresh and bright - this oil free version of a traditional style pesto is perfect as a spread on crusty bread or served as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Pairs well with Better Than Bolognese and Simply Caesar.
Romanesc-Oat Dip
This is our zesty version of the classic romesco sauce that originates from Spain, which is thick enough to be called a dip or spread. We use heart healthy rolled oats that are lightly toasted until golden to give an earthier flavor to this sauce, along with almonds, red pepper and a hint of smoked paprika. Serve with our rainbow of crudités.

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Pecan Pie Bites
These nutritious little bites of nutty goodness taste a whole lot like pecan pie! We love these energy bites with coffee for a mid-morning snack or as a treat to share with the kids. Store them in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
Calming Chocolate Chia
A client favorite! Made with antioxidant rich cacao and topped with a nice dusting of reishi cocoa powder, this treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
