THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Tropical Matcha
Power matcha*, mango, pineapple, banana, coconut flakes spinach or kale + vanilla protein powder (*Matcha, Moringa, Maca, Wheatgrass, Barley Grass Powder: organic certified vegan and gluten free).

SOUPS & SALADS
NEW!! Carrot Coconut Gazpacho
This beautiful Thai flavored soup is bright and nourishing. We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers. Combined with mineral rich veggie broth, a touch of lemongrass and ginger, and creamy coconut milk and you're left with a hearty bowl of soup that warms the heart and heals the body. This soup is delicious served cold or warm- it will thicken in your fridge- add a touch of water or broth to loosen. Top with a squeeze of lime, provided sriracha toasted cashews + coconut, and fresh cilantro.
GCF Signature Salad with Roasted Golden Beets
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with roasted golden beets, and our homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. To make it a heartier meal, serve over quinoa and or along side 3 oz of your favorite protein. For a raw refreshing light lunch - top with chopped honey crisp apple, a squeeze of lemon, provided currants and sunflower seeds, and sprinkle of sea salt. Pairs very well with our Carrot Coconut Gazpacho.

Good Clean Veggie Burger
Here's a hearty vegan meal that satisfies....Amazing sweet potato and black bean burgers seasoned with smoky cumin and paprika. Sweet, tender, flavorful, so healthy, and delicious! Served over butter lettuce and mixed beautiful greens - with a side of roasted root veggie fries - serve with a dollop of our Vegan Chipotle Ranch. To prep: warm burger + fries on med/ high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, on each side, until warmed through. Pairs very well a side of the GCF Signature Salad.
GCF Nourish Bowl
This Spring Time Nourish Bowl is like a flavorful hug in a bowl, full of the goodness of the season. With fresh spring greens, sweet butternut, brown rice, and asparagus, and served with our homemade GCF herby chermoula sauce. Warm the rice and quash in a sauté pan to desired temp - (we like this one just a bit warm) - top with green, veggies, and provided pistachios, pepitas and dried cherries. Enjoy!
Super Food Rainbow Stir Fry with Acai Dressing
This colorful salad bowl makes it easy to "Eat The Rainbow"! It makes the perfect spring time meal, or just anytime you want something refreshing, and satisfying. Cauliflower rice, purple green and Napa cabbage, marinated greens and crisp bright veggies - serve warm as a stir-fry, or cold and crunchy straight out of the jar. Serve with a drizzle of our homemade Açai Super Immunity Dressing.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
NEW!! Thai Coconut Hummus
Combining 3 things we love: warm thai flavors, crunchy cashews and hummus! Vibrant, slightly spicy and protein packed. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Also pairs well with toasted pita or along side our signature salad.
Sweet Pea Pistachio Pesto
This lovely pesto is fresh, green and full of spring flavors. Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!

Mood Boosting Brownie Bites
These brownie bites are something special. They are a simple combination of dates, walnuts, and cocoa powder, but they taste far more rich and decadent than you’d expect. Walnuts are a nutritional powerhouse - rich in protein and omega 3’s and paired with mineral-rich dates, these treats are a truly guilt-free indulgence.
Vanilla Maple Chia Pudding With Fresh Berries
A client favorite: Kelly's classic chia pudding, infused with a touch of vanilla + maple, and topped with fresh bright berries.. This treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or dessert!
