THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Cherry Chocolate Energy

Blueberry Protein Oats

SOUPS & SALADS
NEW!! Creamy Celery Root Soup
This vegan soup is brimming with good-for-you ingredients - it's savory, rich, and oh-so-creamy base is made with a combination of nourishing roasted cauliflower and vegetable broth. The taste of celery root is slightly sweet, and when it’s cooked has a mild celery flavor. The texture is like a potato but it is lower in carbs and is rich in vitamins and minerals, especially the B vitamins. Serve with a sprinkle of our homemade pine-nut parmesan - add a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper if you like. Pairs very well with our Signature Salad and Red Pepper Dip.
Asian Style Signature Salad
The Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served cold or warm (simply stir fry for a few minutes!) Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair with provided brown rice and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with sriracha toasted peanuts. Also pairs well with our Celery Root Soup this week.

Quinoa Curry Chickpea Burger
Healthy, simple, flavorful, and surprisingly hearty! These burgers are packed with plant protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals – like calcium and iron. We added lots of fresh herbs and a dash of warming curry flavor. Warm the burgers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side in a sauté pan on medium heat (or enjoy at room temp!), grab a lettuce cup and top with a drizzle of our house made vegan tzatziki sauce and pickled red onions. Pairs well with our Red Pepper Divinity Dip
Craving Sushi Salad
If you’re craving sushi, this "sushi roll in a bowl" is a fun and delicious way to get your fix! Sticky rice, edamame, crunchy pickled carrots and fresh greens all come together with (gut balancing) ginger cabbage kraut. We love this one cold or room temp. (If you prefer to warm your rice, that works beautifully too!) Top with a our homemade Ginger Miso Dressing and a sprinkle of fresh scallion. Pairs well with fresh avocado slices or our EZ Peasy Guac!
Taco Time {Summer Style}
A client favorite! Made with our special portabella and walnut “taco meat” served over a crunchy and colorful mixture of fresh corn, radishes, crisp cabbage, green leaf romaine lettuce and our homemade Cilantro Pepita Dressing. To prepare: pull out the veggies, slice your cherry tomatoes, heat the "meat" in a sauté pan for ~ 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat to warm and brown. Pile over the lettuces, top with Cilantro Lime Dressing and toasted pepitas. Pairs well with Ez Peasy Guacamole.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
EZ Peasy Gucamole
We added some extra nutrients to this classic party dip by making it a green pea guacamole. The taste of a traditional guac with a nutritional boost. Serve with tortilla chips or veggie crudite. Pairs very well with our Taco Time Bowl.
NEW! Mac Nut Divinity Dip
Move over hummus...There's a new dip in town! With a macadamia nut base, the smoky, sweet and spicy flavors in this red pepper dip make it a standout. Pairs well with pita wedges, crackers or a crusty piece of bread. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Tahini Chia Pudding
Kelly's classic chia pudding, made with creamy tahini, and topped with coconut honey cream Our signature chia puddings provide Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, calcium, antioxidants, magnesium, iron and Vitamins C and E, and plant-based protein. Great for a super charged breakfast or a delicious and energizing afternoon treat.
Goji Berry & Chocolate Granola Bars
Delicious & healthy homemade granola bars made with almond butter, goji berries, pepitas, pecans, and a little dash of chocolatey goodness. The perfect "trail food" to enjoy on a hike or as an anytime crunchy treat. Store these in the fridge as the chocolate will melt!
