THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Tropical Matcha
Power matcha*, mango, pineapple, banana, coconut flakes spinach or kale + vanilla protein powder (*Matcha, Moringa, Maca, Wheatgrass, Barley Grass Powder: organic certified vegan and gluten free).
Maca Monkey Smoothie
Gf oats, cauliflower, banana, Sunwarrior mocha protein, hemp hearts, peanut butter, Four Sigmatic chaga coffee, date, maca. cinnamon + sea salt

SOUPS & SALADS
NEW!! Carrot Coconut Gazpacho
This beautiful Thai flavored soup is bright and nourishing. We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers. Combined with mineral rich veggie broth, a touch of lemongrass and ginger, and creamy coconut milk and you're left with a hearty bowl of soup that warms the heart and heals the body. This soup is delicious served cold or warm- it will thicken in your fridge- add a touch of water or broth to loosen. Top with a squeeze of lime, provided sriracha toasted cashews + coconut, and fresh cilantro.
GCF Signature Salad with Lemony Vinaigrette
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with roasted golden beets, and our homemade lemony tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. To make it a heartier meal, serve over quinoa and or along side 3 oz of your favorite protein. For a raw refreshing light lunch - top with chopped honey crisp apple, a squeeze of lemon, provided currants and sunflower seeds, and sprinkle of sea salt. Pairs very well with our Carrot Coconut Gazpacho.

Vegan Cauliflower Tikka Masala
For all of you Indian food lovers out there...this one's for you! Rich, creamy, flavorful, vegan, and healthy! This Cauliflower Tikka Masala is so deliciously warming and made with ingredients that will give your energy and health a boost, without leaving your belly feeling bloated or heavy. The dish is topped with a drizzle of our housemade almond yogurt. Serve with fresh cilantro. Pairs very well with Naan bread, and a side of the GCF Signature Salad.
GCF Nourish Bowl
This Spring Time Nourish Bowl is like a flavorful hug in a bowl, full of the goodness of the season. With fresh spring greens, sweet potato, cauliflower rice, roasted radish and asparagus, and served with our homemade GCF herby chermoula sauce. Warm the cauliflower rice and sweet potato in a sauté pan to desired temp - (we like this one just a bit warm) - top with green, veggies, and provided pistachios, pepitas and dried cherries. Enjoy!
Aloha Bowl
A bowl of vibrant Hawaiian sunshine - coconut Jasmine rice topped with bright baby bok choy, marinated teriyaki tofu, vibrant crisp cabbage, crisp purple radish and paired with our perfect peanut sauce - we hope this one brings some bright flavor to your day. Enjoy warm (empty all ingredients into sauté pan or wok - warm to desired temp), or as a warm cold combo (warm the rice, bok choy + tofu - leave the rest raw) Top with provided fresh herbs and mango pineapple salsa. Aloha and mahalo!
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Thai Coconut Hummus
Combining 3 things we love: Thai flavors, cashews and hummus! Vibrant, slightly spicy and protein packed. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Also pairs well with toasted pita or along side our signature salad.
Sweet Pea Pistachio Pesto
This lovely pesto is fresh, green and full of spring flavors. Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!

Awesome Almond Butter Brownies
These brownies are something special - fudgy, flourless almond butter brownies made with natural almond butter, pure maple syrup & cocoa powder. Delicious eaten cold from the fridge with an afternoon latte or cup of tea.
Lemon Poppy Seed Chia Pudding
We are on a chia pudding breakfast kick - although this chia pudding would make an excellent snack regardless of the time of day - citrusy, slightly sweet and beautifully bright with berries. There’s something incredibly refreshing about bursts of tart citrus first thing in the morning. Refined sugar free and super fueled for your delight...
