SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Berry Cobbler
GF oats, sea salt, cinnamon, almond butter, pecans, cherries + blueberries.
Cherry Cacao
Cherries, cauliflower, raw cacao powder, medjool date, almond butter, sunwarrior mocha protein + spinach.
Chef T's Power Greens
Mango, banana, spinach, peanut butter, date, avocado, Your Super Power Greens (wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella)
SOUPS & SALADS
NEW! Chef Alex's Spring Pea & Mint Soup
This wonderful spring-inspired soup highlights the fresh combination of peas and mint. Simple ingredients made clean: spring peas, asparagus and fresh herbs keeps the finished soup looking and tasting bright + light. Delicious warm or chilled, it's a springtime staple - top with a drizzle of lemon zest crema and enjoy. (with fresh sunflower sprouts and vibrant herbs - this will be most vibrant at the beginning of your week, don't wait!)
Asian Style Signature Salad
The Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or hot. Let us know how you like yours! Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair jasmine or brown rice and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided sriracha toasted peanuts.

NEW! Jackfruit Tacos
Our love for tacos is endless. The base for thes tacos is jackfruit, a tropical fruit with a hearty, "meat-like" texture and roasted cauliflower. Flavor is infused with garlic, lime, chipotle peppers in adobo, and smoky spices. Serve with shredded cabbage, Mexican beans, green leaf lettuce and siete tortillas, sliced avocado and a lime wedge. *heat tortillas in a pan on med high for 4 to 5 minutes on each side (or until they just begin to bubble and golden) the juice from jackfruit will settle - simply lift the lettuce leaf out - fill your tacos and voila! Pairs beautifully with Jalapeño Pesto!
Grain Free Mediterranean Bowl
Enjoy all the best Mediterranean flavors in this veggie-packed bowl lightened up with cauliflower rice, spring greens + fresh herb. With hearts of palm, olives, and fermented red cabbage - it's a flavor filled dish packed with protein + beneficial probiotic enzymes! Serve with a drizzle of our homemade creamy tahini dressing. To stretch for family, enjoy with toasted pita bread, extra greens and hummus! We love this one cold, at room temp.
Southwestern Power Bowl
A vegan meal that won't disappoint! Tender roasted sweet potatoes full of southwestern flavor, served over brown rice and piled high with raw corn salsa, jicama slaw, and crisp romaine lettuce. Served with a drizzle of our homemade Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette. Pairs SO well with our GCF Bitchin' Sauce! Also a great warm cold combo (just warm the rice and beans) or great at room temp. If you prefer warm - reserve the lettuce and jicama slaw - warm the rest to desired temp - toss together - top with a drizzle of dressing and enjoy!

GCF Bitchin' Sauce
Our homemade Bitchin' Sauce recipe is made with almonds and spices - one bite and you’re hooked. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités, flax crackers or enjoy warm with tortilla chips! Pairs very well with this week's Southwestern Power Bowl.
Cilantro Jalapeno Pesto
A spicy, tangy twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudite. Pairs well with our Jackfruit Tacos.

Good Clean Brownie Bites
These brownie bites are something special. They are a simple combination of dates, walnuts, and cocoa powder, but they taste far more rich and decadent than you’d expect. Walnuts are a nutritional powerhouse - rich in protein and omega 3’s and paired with mineral-rich dates, these treats are a truly guilt-free indulgence.
Tres Leches Chia Pudding
