THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Maca Monkey Smoothie
GF oats, cauliflower, banana, vegan collagen, peanut butter, hemp hearts, date, maca, chaga lions mane coffee, cinnamon + sea salt.
Blackberry Matcha
Blackberries, banana, spinach, sweet peas, almonds, Your Super Power Matcha: Matcha, Moringa, Maca, Wheatgrass, and Barley Grass. *Organic Certified Vegan + GF.
NEW! Mango Lassi with Coconut Keffir
Mango, banana , pineapple, coconut kefir, coconut, cinnamon + cardamom, maple. Allow this one to thaw for 10 to 15 minutes before blending to allow kefir to defrost.
SOUPS
Chef Tara's Chipotle Butternut with Cilantro Pepita Pesto
This butternut squash and black bean soup is just right for chilly mountain evenings as we transition to spring. It strikes that balance between spicy and sweet that we love in Mexican food. Chipotle and chili powder provide warming spice to round off the sweet, seasonal flavor of butternut squash. Top with our cilantro pepita pesto and diced avocados. Serve with our GF savory cornbread (warm or toast first!) for a hearty meal that will satisfy the whole family.
NEW! Chef Katie's Springtime Lentil Soup
Cozy up and enjoy this warm and satisfying soup. Red lentils are one of our favorite legumes for their antioxidants, vibrant color, and protein power. For spring we are serving with fresh rainbow chard, colorful radishes, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste.

NEW! White Bean Zucchini Burgers
Our newest veggie burger isn’t just any ole' veggie burger.... it’s a burger packed full of bold flavors and super charged nutrition: millet, zucchini, white beans, mushrooms, - served over butter lettuce and toped with our tangy pickled onions and lemony garlic aoili.. SO GOOD. Served with a spring green salad and butter lettuce wraps.
Superfood Rainbow Stir Fry with Acai Dressing
This colorful salad bowl makes it easy to "Eat The Rainbow"! It makes the perfect spring time meal, or just anytime you want something refreshing, and satisfying. Black rice, purple cabbage, marinated mixed greens and crisp bright veggies - serve warm as a stir-fry, or cold and crunchy straight out of the jar. top with provided Açai Super Immunity Dressing.
GCF Signature Salad with Slightly Sweet Tahini
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair with the protein of your choice (great with chicken , poached egg or tofu) Top with provided toasted pistachios, dark dried cherries and sunflower seeds..
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Carrot Coriander + Sunflower Pâte
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita. Pairs very well with this week's white bean zucchini burgers.
NEW! Kale Artichoke Dip
This one has all the comfort and familiarity of a typical creamy, cheesy artichoke dip, but we make it totally vegan with a super flavorful cashew cream. We've also added pepperocini peppers for that bit of SPICE. Pairs well with whole grain crackers, a crusty piece of bread, or our veggie crudités .
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Crunchy Baked Granola Bars
These homemade granola bars are a healthy and delicious snack! Made simply with nuts, oats , coconut, dates and a dash of maple, these bars are an energy-rich treat and much more wholesome (and tasty) that a "power bar" or store bought granola bar.
Cherry Gar-CHIA Pudding
The flavors we remember from that Ben + Jerry's favorite - with a modern and clean approach. Our classic vanilla chia toped with a dark sweet cherry mousse and finished off with dark mini lily's chips... we may have really outdone ourselves this time. Enjoy!
