SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Chef T's Mango Power Greens
Mango, banana, avocado, kale, peanut butter, date + Your Super Power Greens (wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella)
Cherry Almond Smoothie
Cherries, banana, spinach, coconut mana, almond butter, almonds, vanilla, cinnamon + Your Super Magic Mushroom {cacao, chaga, ashwagandha, reishi, lucuma, cinnamon}
Blueberry Protein + Oats Smoothie
Gluten free oats, Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein, sunbutter, banana, date, blueberries, cinnamon + sea salt.
SOUPS + SALADS
Carrot Ginger Soup
We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers. Combined with mineral rich veggie broth, a touch of ginger, and a splash of creamy coconut milk and you're left with a hearty bowl of soup that warms the heart and heals the body. Delicious served cold or warm- it may thicken in your fridge- add a touch of water or broth to loosen. Top with a drizzle of coconut milk or if you like a little spice - red pepper flakes or sriracha!
GCF Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with roasted golden and red beets, rainbow quinoa, and our slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. For a refreshing light lunch - top with chopped honey crisp apple, a squeeze of lemon, provided currants and sunflower seeds, and sprinkle of sea salt. Pairs very well with our Carrot Ginger Soup this week.

Pesto Noodle Bowl with Butternut Squash
A classic comfort food! Gluten-free fusilli pasta with sweet pea basil pesto, roasted butternut squash, lemony chickpeas and toasted walnuts. To serve simply warm, toss and enjoy! Add a dash of olive oil to loosen noodles as needed and warm to your desired consistency. This dish is high in vitamins A, C, E, calcium, potassium + iron....A Super Food!
Ojai Nourish Bowl
A satisfying combination of roasted rainbow of veggies, red cabbage kraut and spring greens topped with our delicious creamy basil vinaigrette. This dish makes an excellent vegetarian entree or can be served with protein of your choice. We like this one warm, cold or combo. If desired - warm chard and roasted veggies in sauté pan to desired temp - pile over fresh greens and top with red cabbage kraut, seeds + dressing.
NEW!! Great American Veggie Burger with Root Veggie Fries
Our newest veggie burger recipe is hearty enough to please meat-eaters and vegans alike. A mix of black beans, rolled oats and walnuts give these flavor-packed vegan burgers a meaty bite.. Served with butter lettuce leaves, mixed greens, fresh pickled 'cukes and a side of roasted root veggie fries - top with a dollop of our Vegan BBQ Ranch. To prep: warm burger + fries on med/ high heat for 4 to 5 minutes, on each side, until warmed through and starting to brown. Pro tip: this burger is grill-able! Pairs very well a side of the GCF Signature Salad.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Sweet Pea Pistachio Pesto
This lovely pesto is fresh, green and full of spring flavors. Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
Mac Nut Divinity Dip
With rich macadamia nuts and vibrant red pepper - this dip is delicious as a veggie dip with our rainbow of crudités, or served warm with pita chips!
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Salted Tahini Freezer Fudge
Incredibly delicious vegan fudge made with 4 ingredients: tahini, maple syrup, deep dark chocolate and coconut oil. Naturally sweet, rich, satisfying, and so delicious! Keep it in the freezer or it will melt!
Pumpkin Pie Spice Chia Pudding
The delicious flavor of the season..... packed with protein, healthy fats and lots love. Enjoy for breakfast or an afternoon pick me up!
