SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Creamy Mango Matcha Smoothie
Mango, avocado, spinach, almond butter, almonds, banana, coconut flakes + Your Super Power Matcha (matcha, moringa, maca, wheatgrass + barley grass)
Cherry Chocolate Smoothie
Sweet dark cherries, cauliflower, raw cacao powder, date, almond butter, hemp hearts, cacao nibs + spinach .
Berry Energy Cobbler Smoothie
Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, gf oats, walnuts, pecans, flax-hemp-chia seed blend, cinnamon, sea salt, date, maple + vanilla
SOUP + SALAD
"Best Ever" Red Lentil Dahl
This delicious dahl is one of our favorite dishes. It also happens to be a powerhouse of nutritional goodness, thanks to the wonderful little lentil that’s at the heart of every dahl recipe. Our version is served with vibrant greens + over roasted veg and topped with our delicious homemade cashew crema, salty pepitas and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. This dish will thicken in you fridge - if you like it thick, enjoy as is, or add water, broth or coconut milk as you warm to desired consistency.
Asian Signature Salad
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli + edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or cold. Stretch it as a meal to share? Add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu) and serve over brown rice. Top with provided toasted peanuts and fresh herb of your choice.

Quinoa Tabbouleh Bowl
Tabbouleh is a popular dish throughout the Middle East, and has roots in Lebanese cooking. This fresh vegan salad features chopped fresh parsley, fresh mint, roasted carrots, chickpeas, our house made tahini dressing and served with roasted cauliflower and bright vibrant greens. Traditional tabbouleh is made from bulgar wheat, but we have replaced this grain with toasted quinoa, making the dish gluten free and adding a boost of plant protein. Top with crunchy slivered almonds and currants. YUM!
Roasted Root Veggie Bowl
Golden beets, sweet potatoes and parsnips give the dish vibrant hues and a sweet taste, balanced out by Brussels sprouts, rainbow quinoa, arugula, spinach and our delicious Walnut Balsamic Dressing. Top with provided toasted pistachios, pepitas and cranberries. This dish can be enjoyed room temperature or warmed up. To warm: empty contents into sauté pan and heat at medium temperature for about 5 minutes or until veggies are just warmed through.
NEW!! Thai Peanut Buddha Bowl
Our latest Buddha Bowl creation with heaps of fresh veggies, marinated tofu, brown rice and Thai Peanut Sauce to die for. Hearty, healthy and protein packed. This dish can be enjoyed cold, room temperature, or as a hot/cold combo (reserve the slaw and romaine and warm the rest). Stretching for the family? ...pile contents over a bed of crisp romaine for a refreshing Thai Salad. Garnish with provided chopped peanuts, scallions and cilantro.....and if you like a it spicy: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. (This dish is an ode to Kelly's alma mater: The Big Wrap!)
VEGGIES + DIPS:
NEW!! Spiced Pumpkin + White Bean Hummus
Rich and creamy, earthy, and savory, this recipe meets all of our requirements for a great dip. Delicious served warm (!) with toasted pita and a drizzle of olive oil, or cold as a dip for our rainbow of crudités. Pairs beautifully with our Tabbouleh Bowl.
NEW!! Protein Punch Pesto
This vibrant vegan pesto features our new obsession....Baru Nuts! Known as the world’s healthiest nut, these little gems are packed with fiber, protein and have antioxidant power. Packed with protein and vibrant greens this is a superfood dip we hope you love! Pairs well with pasta, flax crackers or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités.

G-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
A toasty, tasty oatmeal cookie that’s vegan and gluten free! Delicious with your morning cup of coffee or as a fun family treat to be shared after dinner. Great for milk dunking!
Mocha Chia Pudding
This mocha chia pudding combines two of our favorite things, the essence of coffee and rich chocolate, to create a healthy breakfast or afternoon snack that tastes like a decadent dessert. Yum!
