THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Berry Energy Bomb
Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries + cherries, banana, spinach, hemp hearts, cacao nibs + Your Super Energy Bomb: (açai, guarana, maca, lucuma + banana powder)
Sunny Blue Smoothie
Blueberries, banana, sunbutter, flax seeds, sunflower seeds + Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder.
Super Monkey With Oats
GF oats, cauliflower, banana, hemp hearts, peanut butter, date, cinnamon, sea salt + Your Super Magic Mushroom Powder {cacao, chaga, ashwagandha, reishi, lucuma + cinnamon}
SOUP + SALAD
Broccoli "Cheddar" Soup with Rustic GF Croutons
Let us introduce to you one of our favorite soups! This vegan broccoli cheese soup is SO thick, rich and creamy you would never know it’s dairy free, gluten free and SUPER healthy! Pairs well with our Fall Delicata Salad or Simply Healthy Caesar. Warm to desired temp, salt and pepper to taste and top with provided rustic croutons and chopped chives.
NEW! Fall Delicata Salad
In this beautiful cool-weather salad, kale and millet are topped with roasted delicata and a creamy maple-tahini dressing. It’s hearty and comforting while still being light and energizing. Serve topped with honey crisp apple (chopped), pepitas + tart cranberries. This salad is absolutely wonderful on it's own as a full meal, or can be served as a side salad with protein of your choice.

NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Cauliflower Chickpea Curry
This vegan curry is an explosion of awesome flavors, warming spices, and refreshing lemongrass. We served it over brown rice and love to top with: a sprinkle of sriracha toasted cashews + coconut, a squeeze of lime, and fresh cilantro and scallions. Pairs well with Naan bread, or over dark leafy greens. Sprinkle with red pepper or a drizzle of sriracha if you like a little more spice!
Simply Healthy Caesar Salad
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, red lentils, and roasted cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our creamy vegan Cesar dressing. Top with our nutrient dense pecan and hemp parmesan! Enjoy cold or room temperature. Pairs very well with Brocolli Soup and our Sun-dried Tomato Pesto this week.
Chef T's Bento Bowl with "Holy Hemp" Dressing
It's a one-bowl wonder of sticky rice, sautéed vegetables, marinated mushrooms, tamari roasted kobocha squash, and crisp fresh veggies. Keep the components separate or mix together as a nourishing mixed bowl and top with provided "Holy Hemp" dressing. To prepare, warm the components of your choice in a sauté pan over med heat. We like to keep the carrot and jicama fresh + raw. Optional protein add on: soft boiled free range egg or grilled organic chicken.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Light & Bright Cashew Edamame Dip
This fresh, green, creamy dip is made with lima beans, edamame and cashews - it's cheery bright and delish! Enjoy as a spread on pita bread or as a dip for crackers and our rainbow of crudite. Pairs well with our Bento Bowl this week.
NEW!! Marcona Almond & Sundried Tomato Pesto
Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto (known as “Pesto Rosso”) is a vibrantly-colored, deeply-flavored Sicilian condiment with almonds, garlic, herbs, and olive oil. Serve this hearty, unique pesto with pasta, as a spread on crackers or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités or served along side our Simply Healthy Cesar this week.

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Crunchy Baked Granola Bars
These homemade granola bars are a healthy and delicious snack! Made simply with nuts, oats , coconut, dates and a dash of maple, these bars are an energy-rich treat and much more wholesome (and tasty) that a "power bar" or store bought granola bar. Salty, sweet, and satisfying!
Peanut butter Chocolate Chia Parfait
We've taken the forever favorite chocolate peanut butter combo and turned it into a luscious, layered fiber and omega rich, super satiating pudding. Our cacao chia pudding is topped with a luscious peanut butter mouse - loaded with nutrients for guiltless decadence! Made with love, of course.
