Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Mango, banana, kale, avocado, peanut butter, date, Your Super Greens {wheat grass, barley grass, baobab, moringa, spirulina, chlorella}.
Berry satisfying with a protein punch! With omegas, fiber and healthy fats - this blue-ty will leave you feeling blissfully fueled. Blueberries, banana, Ka’chava Chocolate, cacao powder, cacao nibs, almond butter, almonds.
A balanced and beautiful blend of carrot, pumpkin and spice. This one is nutty, creamy and a seasonal delight. Carrots, pumkin puree, almond butter, date, pumpkin pie spice, Ka’chava vanilla protein powder, banana, sea salt.
Soups + Salads
This flavorful, cozy feeling soup is ideal for these chilly fall evenings when you crave something simple, satisfying and healthy. Ours has a creamy, velvety texture with the tasty balance of savory, sweet, and spice.
TO SERVE: Serve warmed to your desired temp with provided toasted pepitas as a topping. Also, beautiful when served with fresh matchstick cut apples on top.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Our hearty beet burgers - a delicious combo of chickpeas, beets and fresh dill topped with a flavorful horseradish crema. Sweet, tender, flavorful, so healthy, and delicious! Served over butter lettuce with a side of roasted root veggie fries. This dish is bright, beautiful and super nutritious to boot. To prep: warm burger + fries on med/ high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, on each side, until warmed through and slightly crisp.
It's no secret that we love Mexican style bowls at GCF and our newest creation is as light and fresh as it gets! A healthy grain-free meal made with our special Mexican paleo cauliflower rice, and packed with roasted veggies, fresh greens and plenty of plant-based protein. Serve with Seite soft taco shells, heirloom salsa, fresh cilantro pepita pesto, cubed avocado and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. This one is a “Fan-Fave”….Enjoy!
A satisfying combination of roasted rainbow of veggies, cabbage kraut, sautéed greens, and fresh spring greens topped with our delicious creamy basil vinaigrette. This dish makes an excellent vegetarian entree or can be served with protein of your choice.
TO SERVE: We like this one warm, cold or combo. If serving as a warm|cold combo - warm chard and roasted veggies in sauté pan to desired temp - pile over fresh greens and top with provided topping (mix of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pistachios and cranberries) and dressing.
Veggies + Dips
Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudités. Pairs well with this week’s Black Bean Quesadilla and Cilantro Lime Burrito Bowl
Rich and creamy, earthy, and savory, this dip meets all of our TF requirements for a great dip. Serve with plantain chips, a crusty piece of bread, or our veggie crudités.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Our signature creamy chia pudding takes a Mexican twist with the warming spices of traditional horchata. With cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla bean and topped with a dusting of coconut sugar this is a balanced treat with just the right sweet.
Our good clean twist on a classic! Ours are vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free (of course) and conjure up nostalgia of childhood… chewy, crunchy and just the right amount of sweet… irresistibly delicious!
