THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Cherry Cacao
Cherries, cauliflower, raw cacao, spinach, date, almond butter, hemp seeds + cacao nibs
Berry Beautiful
Strawberries, blackberries, strawberries + cherries, banana, kale, flax, hemp, Your Super Your Beautiful (chia, Acai, macqui, acerola, mama + blueberry)
Creamy Cashew & Oats
GF oats, blueberries, cinnamon, maca, cashews, cashew butter, seat salt, date + touch of maple.
SOUPS:
Cauliflower Chickpea Curry:
This vegan curry is an explosion of awesome flavors, warming spices, and refreshing lemongrass. We are serving it over brown rice, and love to top with a sprinkle of toasted sriracha cashews, and a squeeze of lime. Add scallions or cilantro for your fresh herb and pair with Naan bread, or serve over sautéed greens or half of a baked sweet potato. Prep tip: curry will thicken in fridge - to loosen, add water 1/4 cup at a time, while warming, to bring to desired consistency.
Roasted Root Veggie Soup With Pistachio Pesto
A soothing combo of winter root veggies roasted to perfection to create this vibrant cool weather soup. Warm to desired temp and top with our pistachio herb drizzle and enjoy along side a crusty piece of sourdough bread. Salt and pepper to taste.

NEW! Good Clean Veggie Burger
Here's a hearty vegan meal that satisfies....Amazing sweet potato and black bean burgers seasoned with smoky cumin and paprika. Sweet, tender, flavorful, so healthy, and delicious! Served over butter lettuce and mixed beautiful greens - with a side of roasted root veggie fries - serve with a dollop of our Vegan Chipotle Ranch dressing and Ez Peasy Guacamole. To prep: warm burger + fries on med/ high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, on each side, until warmed through.
Taco Time
A client favorite! Made with our special portabella and walnut “taco meat” served over a crunchy and colorful mixture of fresh peppers, radishes, crisp cabbage, red leaf romaine lettuce and our homemade Cilantro Pepita Dressing. To prepare: pull out the veggies, slice your cherry tomatoes, heat the "meat" in a sauté pan for ~ 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat to warm and brown. Pile over the lettuces, top with Cilantro Lime Dressing, sprouted pepitas, and serve along side your Siete Chia + Cassava Tortillas. Pairs well with Ez Peasy Guacamole. Warm tortillas in a sauté pan for a few minutes on each side until they start to bubble and turn golden.
GCF Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. To make it a heartier meal, serve over a bed of wild rice or quinoa and or along side 3 oz of your favorite protein. For a raw refreshing light lunch - top with chopped honey crisp apple, a squeeze of lemon and sprinkle of sea salt. Pairs well with this week's Root Veggie Soup.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Thai Sesame Hummus
Combining flavors of things we love: Thai flavors, peanuts and hummus! Vibrant, slightly spicy and protein packed. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Also pairs well with toasted pita or along side our signature salad.
NEW! EZ Peasy Guacamole
We added some extra nutrients to this classic party dip by making it a green pea guacamole. The taste of a traditional guac it still there, but the health benefits and protein power are amped up. Serve with tortilla chips or veggie crudite. Pairs very well with our Taco Time Bowl or Good Clean Veggie Burger.

Mexica Hot Chocolate Chia Pudding
With a surprising hint of cinnamon, spice and sea salt, this rich, Mexican inspired bowl of chocolatey goodness is a perfect healthy breakfast indulgence, or anytime treat.
Pecan Pie Granola Bars
Packed with oats, almond butter, pecans, coconut, walnuts + dates + a touch of orange zest, these bars are great for on the run or as a tea time snack. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
