THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Chef T's PB Power Greens
Mango, banana, kale, peanut butter, date, Your Super Power Greens (wheatgrass, barley grass, spirulina, chlorella)
Blueberry Protein Oats
Blueberries, banana, gf oats, almond butter, flax seeds, vanilla sun warrior protein, himilayan sea salt, cinnamon.
Get Up And Goji
Goji berries, cauliflower, raspberries, blueberries, sweet dark cherries, banana, hemp seeds, Your Super Energy Bomb {*acai, guarana, maca, lucuma + banana}
SOUPS:
Tortilla(ish) Soup
Hello flavor! Tomatoes, hearty black beans, pops of sweet corn, zucchini, and a bounty of colorful veg - seasoned to perfection with Mexican spices. This is the perfect hearty soup for chilly nights. Serve with cashew crema, salty pepitas, crispy sweet potato crackers + fresh herbs. To stretch for the family: serve over rice, with a side salad, guacamole and tortillas.
Winter White Cauliflower Soup
An unusually flavorful white detox soup filled with anti-inflammatory ingredients like celery, leeks and cauliflower and warming spices. Although the color white is associated with processed foods like sugar and flour, white vegetables found in nature are actually high in powerful phyto-chemicals that fight off cancer, improve blood pressure and kidney function. Delicious topped with provided sprouted pumpkin seeds and chopped chives.

GCF Nourish Bowl:
This Winter Nourish Bowl is like a flavorful hug in a bowl, full of the goodness of the season. With fresh arugula, sweet potato, cauliflower rice, shaves sprouts, rainbow radishes, and served with our homemade GCF herby churmoula sauce. Warm contests in a sauté pan to desired temp - (we like this one just a barely warmer at room temp) Top your bowl with provided pistachios, pepitas and tart sweet cherries, and enjoy!
Vegan Cauliflower Tikka Masala
For all of you Indian food lovers out there...This one's for you! Rich, creamy, flavorful, vegan, and healthy! This Cauliflower Tikka Masala is so deliciously warming and made with ingredients that will give your energy and health a boost, without leaving your belly feeling bloated or heavy. The dish is topped with a drizzle of our housemade almond yogurt. Serve with fresh cilantro. Pairs very well with Naan bread.
GCF Asian Style Signature Salad
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served over quinoa and with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or hot. Stretch it as a meal to share? Add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided crushed peanuts and black sesame seeds.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Roasted Carrot & Sunflower Pate'
A delish and healthy blend of carrots, roasted to sweet perfection, sunflower seeds, coriander and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita.
Pepita Cilantro Pesto
A fun twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudite. Pairs well with our Winter White Cauliflower Soup and/or the Tortilla Soup!

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Chia Pudding
This flavor-FULL, gingerbread delight is a perfect healthy breakfast indulgence, or anytime treat. Packed with molasses and warming spices, it's high and iron and so good for the soul... Sprinkled with toasted maple pecans + coconut, a touch of cinnamon and sea salt.... enjoy!
Tess's Famous Freezer Fudge
Incredibly delish vegan fudge made with 4 ingredients: tahini, maple syrup, deep dark chocolate and coconut oil. Naturally sweet, rich, satisfying, and so delicious! The perfect healthier dessert. Keep it in the freezer or it will melt!
