SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)

Chef Katie's Killer Winter Stew
This Winter Veggie Stew is super nourishing and perfect for when you feel like your immune system is dragging a bit. With protein-boosting red lentils, a variety of veggies, spices and a cozy broth, this soup packs a feel good punch! Wonderful as a purée, as well, if you are feeling experimental! Warm to desired temp and add a sprinkle of red pepper if you like a touch of spice.
Super Charged Spinach Soup
Our super healthy detox spinach soup is a delicious bowl of nourishing green goodness. Filled with ginger + turmeric + cleansing ingredients that supply a bounty of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You will feel light and nourished after eating this soup. Separation is normal, give it a good shake and heat to your desired temp. Top with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste. Or this is beautiful with a drizzle of coconut milk and a sprinkle of red pepper flake. We love this paired along side our Bento Bowl or Signature Salad. Enjoy this one on the front end of your week!

Bento Bowl With "Holy Hemp" Dressing
It's one-bowl wonder of steamed rice, sautéed vegetables, marinated mushrooms, tamari roasted squash, and crisp fresh veggies. Keep the components separate or mix together as a nourishing mixed bowl and top with provided "Holy Hemp" dressing (provided on the side) To prepare, warm the components of your choice in a sauté pan over med heat - do not overheat. We like to keep the shredded green cabbage, carrot and daikon fresh, but you can't go wrong. Optional protein add on: soft boiled free range egg or grilled organic chicken.
Taco Night
Flavorful black beans and bright butternut come together with brown rice, cabbage slaw, butter lettuce and our homemade adobe ranch to create the yummiest vegan and gluten free tacos! Serve with provided Siete tortillas, fresh salsa and slice of lime. Prep tips: Remove crunchy cabbage slaw + lettuce and warm all remaining contents in a sauté pan to desired temp. To prep tortillas: heat on griddle or in pan at medium high heat for about 20 to 30 seconds per side. Top with Chef Katie's homemade salsa, and a squeeze of lime.
GCF Signature Salad with Slightly Sweet Tahini
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. Pairs well this week with our Super Charged Spinach Soup. Stretch it as a meal to share? Add a 1/4 cup of quinoa or a protein of your choice (great with chicken , poached egg or tofu). Top with provided toasted sunflowers + pepitas.

Chipotle Butternut Squash + White Bean Dip
Rich and creamy, earthy, and savory, this dip meets all of our GCF requirements for a great dip. Pairs well with whole grain crackers,a crusty piece of bread, or our veggie crudités . Delicious with our Taco Night Bowl.
Light + Bright Edamame Cashew Dip
This fresh, green, creamy dip is made with protein-packed edamame and our special cashew crema. Enjoy as a spread on pita bread or as a dip for crackers and our rainbow of crudite.

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Cuppa Cocoa Chia Pudding
This rich, hot cocoa inspired bowl of goodness is a perfect healthy breakfast indulgence, or anytime treat. Sprinkled with superfood reishi infused cocoa, a touch of cinnamon and sea salt.... enjoy!
Kelly's Peanut Butter Cookie
Soft and savory, this barely sweet peanut butter cookies with dark chocolate chips is great as is or perfect for dunking! Perfect as a midmorning snack, after dinner treat, or shared with a loved one!
