THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.

SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Tara's Peanut Butter Power Greens
Mango, banana, date, PB, spinach + Your Super Greens (wheatgrass, barley grass, baobab, moringa, spiraling, chlorella)
Cherry Almond Vanilla
Oats, vanilla sunwarrior protein, sweet dark cherries, almonds + Your Super Energy Bomb (acai, guarana, maca, lucuma, banana powder)
Mocha Maca Buzz
NEW!! Almond butter, banana, cauliflower , coffee beans, cacao nibs, almonds, hemp seeds, maca powder, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla + date. Combine with nut milk, allow to soften and thoroughly blend for a frappacino like treat.
SOUPS:
Cleansing Detox Broccoli
This nourishing, 3 vegetable soup is delightfully creamy, even without dairy. A favorite on our SOUPer cleanse, the broccoli, fennel and celery are powerful detoxifiers, and the cashew cream provides a clean, luxurious texture. Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a dusting of freshly ground pepper. Pairs well with our signature salad.
GCF Red Thai Curry
This soup is packed with fabulous flavor and loaded with a rainbow of veggies + herbs. Serve with a crumbling of provided Sriracha Roasted Coconut Cashews. Curry will loosen as it warms but if you would like to thin - simply add a small splash of broth, coconut milk or water. Serve with provided cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and if you like a little kick - a sprinkle of red pepper. (note: the sriracha cashew coconut topping packs some heat!)

Grain Free Mediterranean Bowl
Enjoy all the best Mediterranean flavors in this veggie-packed bowl lightened up with cauliflower rice, kale, fresh herbs + olives. With hearts of palm, olives, and fermented red cabbage - it's a flavor filled dish packed with protein + beneficial probiotic enzymes! Serve with a drizzle of our homemade creamy tahini dressing. Pairs well with "Can't Beet It Hummus". To stretch for family, enjoy with toasted pita bread and extra kale or salad greens. We love this one cold, at room temp, or as a warm | cool combo (slightly warm the cauliflower, kale + chickpea layers - and combine with the fresh romaine + kraut)
Better Than Bolognese
The traditional Bolognese sauce has a rich cast of characters—up to three kinds of meat, cream, cheese —and packs half a day’s worth of saturated fat into just one serving. Here, cauliflower and mushrooms mimic the texture of ground meat while adding plenty of savory depth, with less than half the calories. Served with sautéed, seasoned green chard and a sprinkle of vegan parmesan over our favorite gluten-free pasta. This dish pairs very well with our Marcona Almond Basil Pesto. To stretch for family serve with crusty garlic bread, a side Ceasar style salad, or extra dark leafy greens. To prepare empty all contents into sauté pan and warm to desired consistency.
GCF Asian Style Signature Salad
An asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or hot. Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair jasmine or brown rice and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided tamari roasted almonds.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
"Can't Beet It" Hummus
Isn't healthy beautiful? HOT pink, lemony with a kick of garlic and full of vitamins and minerals. Serve with our rainbow of crudités or gf crackers. Pairs well with Grain Free Mediterranean Bowl.
Marcona Almond Basil Pesto
Vibrant, fresh and bright - this oil free version of a traditional style pesto is perfect as a spread on crusty bread or served as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Pairs well with Better than Bolognese.
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Kelly's Layered Love Bars
Two of our favorite treats come together as one super foodie bar . Our "perfect peanut bar" layer tops our mood boosting cacao crust and then we top them both with our favorite Lily's dark chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of course sea salt. These are intense(ly delicious)! Enjoy along side a cup of Joe, and store in the freezer if you prefer to make them last... (We can't help ourselves!)
Trail Mix Chia Pudding
A creamy base of vanilla maple chia topped with our crunchy camp fire trail mix. We love this combo of flavors - enjoy for breakfast or as an afternoon treat.
