HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Creamy Mango Matcha
Mango, avocado, banana, almonds, kale, dates, Your Super Power Matcha {matcha, maca, moringa, wheat grass, barley grass}.
Chocolate Cherry
Sweet Dark Cherries, cauliflower, almond butter, spinach, cacao, cacao nibs, dates, hemp hearts.
Blueberry Freezer Muesli
GF oats, sunbutter, hemp seeds, blueberries, currants, sea salt, cinnamon. This muesli can be enjoyed blended, as a smoothie - or thawed and eaten as a cereal - simply warm milk, pour over, stir and enjoy!
SOUPS:
Rustic Root Veggie Soup
Warm up your winter with the delicious flavors of roasted root vegetables! This vibrant and robust soup is packed with vitamins A, B, C, and K, minerals and antioxidants. All the vegetables in this stew can be found in the winter even in more frigid climates. Fresh, light and invigorating, it's delicious topped with a drizzle of our pistachio mint pesto. Warm to your desired temp and salt and pepper to taste.
"Best Ever" Red Lentil Dahl
This delicious dahl is one of our favorite dishes. It also happens to be a powerhouse of nutritional goodness, thanks to the wonderful little lentil that’s at the heart of every dahl recipe. It’s a warm and comforting dish full of delicious aromas that will turn your kitchen into your favorite Indian restaurant! Our version is served over fresh spinach and topped with our delicious homemade cashew crema. This dish pairs very well with a serving of short grain brown rice and topped with cilantro, scallions, or the herb of your choice! This will thicken in you fridge - if you like it thick, enjoy as is, or add water, broth or coconut milk as you warm to desired consistency.

Pad Thai Crunch Bowl:
Here's happiness and energy in a bowl! It’s fresh, crisp and heavy on the veggies with plant-based proteins, rice noodles and our killer thai peanut sauce. To re-heat, simply stir fry - add a touch of water, coconut oil or coconut milk to loosed peanut sauce as needed. We like to heat just until the noodles are warm, leaving a nice, fresh crunch to the veggies! Garnish with lime wedges, chopped sriracha peanuts and cilantro.
Simply Healthy Ceasar with Vegan Parmesan:
A vibrant mix of romaine, brussel sprouts, chickpeas, and roasted cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our tangy tahini yogurt dressing. Top with our nutrient dense vegan parmesan! Pairs well with our Easy Peasy Artichoke Pesto. Simply Delicious. Enjoy cold, room temperature, or pull out the romaine, warm the rest and pile on top for a warm/ cool salad.
GCF Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing and beets. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. Top with our tamari roasted pumpkin seeds. To make it a complete meal, serve over a bed of wild rice, quinoa or add protein of your choice.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Carrot Coriander + Sunflower Pâte
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita.
Artichoke Protein Pesto
A bright, lemony pesto made with artichokes, parsley, hemp seeds and pine nuts. Pairs well with pasta, or as a spread on crusty bread. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités! This dip will oxidize (like guacamole) it is fresh and without preservatives - simple give it a good stir and enjoy!
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Kelly's Oatmeal Cookie Dough Bites
These nutritious little bites of goodness taste a whole lot like cookie dough! We love these energy bites with coffee for a mid-morning snack or as a treat to share with the kids. Store them in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.
Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding
The delicious flavor of the season..... packed with protein, healthy fats and lots love. Enjoy for breakfast, an afternoon pick me up, or an evening (guiltless) treat!
