HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Blueberry Protein Oats
GF oats, Sunwarrior vanilla protein, sunbutter, frozen banana, date, blueberries, cinnamon + sea salt
Creamy Mango Power Greens
Frozen mango, banana , avocado, peanut butter, Your Super Super Greens*, date + spinach. {*wheat grass, barley grass, baobab, mooring, spirulina, chlorella.}
Get Up And Goji
Goji berries, cauliflower, raspers, blueberries + sweet dark cherries, banana, hemp seeds, Your Super Energy Bomb* + Acai. Power packed with antioxidants and uplifting energy! {*acai, guarana, maca, lucuma + banana}
SOUPS:
Tuscan White Bean with Kale and Wild Rice
A GCF favorite - loaded with wild rice, veggies and creamy canellini beans this comforting vegan soup is to die for delicious! Enjoy with a piece of crusty Italian bread for dipping. Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste + sprinkle with our Vegan Parmesan: a nutritional and flavor-full powerhouse! {Do not overheat this soup, keep the living enzymes alive: gut health!)
Butternut Squash and Pumpkin Curry
A light, velvety combination of seasonal squash and pumpkin with coconut milk and warming curry spices. Delicious and savory, this soup is perfect for cozy winter evenings. Pairs well with our Asian Style Signature Salad. Top with provided sprouted pumpkin seeds. Like a little more spice? Delicious with a drizzle of sriracha or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
SALADS. BOWLS. ENTREES
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Fajita Bowl:
Made with our special portabella and walnut “taco meat”, sauteed onions, peppers and sweet potatoes. Served with cauliflower rice, crisp purple cabbage, romaine lettuce and our homemade vegan chipotle ranch. To prepare: pull out the lettuce and cabbage. Heat all remaining ingredients in a sauté pan for ~ 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Pile the fajita ingredients over the lettuces, top with chipotle ranch and few slices of avocado. *to stretch for family: pair with Siete Tortillas, salsa, additional shredded cabbage or romaine - and make it a fajita making fiesta!
Stir-Fry Buddah Bowl with Perfect Peanut Sauce:
A hearty and satisfying vegan meal bowl made with tofu, brown rice and brightly colored stir-fried veggies. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm. Dress with with our homemade perfect peanut sauce. Garnish with provided chopped cashews... and if you like a little more spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha!
GCF Asian Style Signature Salad
NEW! A winter version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or hot. Let us know how you like yours! Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair jasmine or brown rice and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided crushed peanuts.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
GCF Bitchin Sauce
Our homemade oil free Bitchin' Sauce recipe is made with almonds and spices - one bite and you’re hooked. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or tortilla chips. Pairs well as an appetizer with our Fajita Bowl, and is awesome as a veggie dip for the kiddos - try with roasted broccoli!
Kelly's Protein Packed Pesto
This "super pesto", made with protein rich sweet peas, edamame, cashews and cannellini beans, is fresh, green and full of wonderful flavor. Oil free and veggie vibrant! Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, or as a spread on rustic toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Coconut Bliss Bars
The best and healthiest way to enjoy the chocolate coconut combination, these chocolate coconut bliss bars are low in sugar, and rich in high energy healthy fats - throw back to "Mounds"... These treats are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up! Store them in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.
Calming Chocolate Chia
A client favorite! Made with antioxidant rich cacao and topped with a nice dusting of reishi cocoa powder, this treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
