THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Blueberry Protein Oats
Blueberries, banana, gf oats, almond butter, vanilla sun warrior protein, himalayan sea salt + cinnamon.
POWERful Pineapple
Mango, banana, pineapple, cashew butter, hemp seeds, date + spinach.
BERRY Beautiful
Cherries, strawberries, blueberries, black berries, banana, hemp, chia, flax, coconut flakes, kale + Your Super Forever Beautiful {chia, acai, macqui, acerola, maca, blueberry}
SOUPS:
Chickpea Moroccan Stew:
This hearty chickpea stew features classic Moroccan spices like cumin, chili powder, cinnamon and turmeric. Fire roasted tomatoes, carrots, butternut squash, chickpeas + chard all marry together into a fantastical bowl of deliciousness. We are serving it over cauliflower rice and topped with a sprinkle of salted pepitas. This dish pairs well with Naan bread and couscous (not provided), or served over a bed of sautéed greens. Serve with a drizzle of our Light and Bright Edamame Dip!
Springy Asparagus Soup
Spring is in the air.... and yet, still a chill too - so soup season is still in effect in our book. Spring vegetables, like asparagus, are in abundance at the market! This spring asparagus soup is rich and bright, with mint, dill and basil - and not complete until you top with our homemade macadamia nut "parm". Salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste. Separation in fridge is normal - simply stir, warm and enjoy!

NEW! Ojai Nourish Bowl
This dish is bright, boldly flavored, and beautiful to look at plus it’s super nutritious to boot! A satisfying combination of roasted veggies, kraut and spring greens topped with our delicious creamy basil vinaigrette. This dish makes an excellent vegetarian entree, pairs beautifully with Asparagus Soup, or top with grilled chicken or fish, if desired. We like this one warm, cold or combo. If desired - warm sautéed chard and roasted veggies in sauté pan to desired temp - pile over fresh greens and top with red cabbage kraut, nuts, seeds + dressing.
NEW! Southwestern Power Bowl
A high protein vegan meal that won't disappoint! Tender roasted sweet potatoes full of southwestern flavor, served with our own GCF Spanish rice, pinto beans, raw corn salsa, jicama slaw, and crisp romaine lettuce. Served with a drizzle of our homemade Cilantro Balsalmic Lime Vinaigrette. Pairs SO well with our GCF Bitchin' Sauce! Also a great warm cold combo, or great at room temp. If you prefer warm - reserve the lettuce and jicama slaw - warm the rest to desired temp - toss together - top with a drizzle of dressing and enjoy!
GCF Asian Style Signature Salad
A Spring version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or cold Let us know how you like yours! Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair with rice or quinoa and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided Sriracha Roasted Peanuts.

Good Clean Bitchin' Sauce
Our homemade Bitchin' Sauce recipe is made with almonds and spices - one bite and you’re hooked. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités, flax crackers or enjoy warm with tortilla chips! Or serve with our Southwestern Power Bowl.
Light & Bright Edamame Dip
This fresh, green, creamy dip is made with protein-packed edamame and our special cashew crema. Enjoy as a spread on pita bread or as a dip for crackers and our rainbow of crudités. Drizzle on top of our Moroccan Stew.
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Vanilla Maple Chia Pudding with Berries
A client favorite: Kelly's classic chia pudding, infused with a touch of vanilla + maple, and topped with fresh bright berries.. This treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!

Toasted hazelnuts bring the flavor of European candy and childhood memories. These raw balls skip the sugar, and pack the protein, fiber and YUM-ness. Great for on the run, or as a midmorning or afternoon treat.
