THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Calming Cardamon Cauli Latte
Almond butter, walnuts, Vanilla Sunwarrior, banana, cauliflower rice + Four Sigmatic Mushroom Mix (turkey tail, cardamom, reisi, ginger, clove, blackpepper)

SOUPS:
Gingery Ramen Noodle Bowl:
A delicious, healthy Ramen Bowl loaded with dark green veggies, zucchini and rice noodles simmered together in the most flavorful broth! The Asian flavors of kombu, ginger, miso and shitake in this dish are always soothing, and the added boost of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals from all of these ingredients will help to boost your immunity. Do not over heat to keep the miso enzymes alive - warm to desired to temp and enjoy! Delish paired with sliced avocado on top.
Creamy Coconut Carrot
This beautiful Thai flavored soup is bright and nourishing. We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers. Combined with butternut squash, mineral rich veggie broth, a touch of lemongrass and ginger, and you're left with a hearty bowl of soup that warms the heart and heals the body. Soup will thicken in fridge - add water to desired consistency - salt, pepper and spice to taste. Great with a squeeze of lime or zest.

A bowl of vibrant sunshine - coconut Jasmin rice topped with bright edamame, marinated baby bok choy, vibrant crisp cabbage, rainbow radish - and paired with hearts of palm ceviche - we hope this one brings some bright flavor to your day. Top with provided peanut sauce, mango pineapple salsa and tamari toasted peanuts.
Simply Healthy Ceasar
A vibrant mix of romaine, brussel sprouts, lentils, and roasted cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our tangy tahini yogurt dressing. Top with our nutrient dense vegan parmesan! Enjoy cold, room temperature, or pull out the romaine, warm the rest and pile on top for a warm/ cool salad. Pairs very well with our Creamy Coconut Carrot Soup.
GCF Asian Style Signature Salad
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served with our killer sesame ginger dressing. We are loving this salad served warm or cold Let us know how you like yours! Stretch it as a meal to share? Pair with rice or quinoa and add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided Sriracha Roasted Peanuts.

Lemony Tahini Dip Sauce
This tahini sauce adds irresistible creaminess and tang to anything it touches, whether that be our fresh steamed artichoke, rainbow crudite, salad, or pita bread.
Romanesc-Oat Dip
This is my our version of the classic romesco sauce that originates from Spain, which is thick enough to be called a dip or spread. We use heart healthy rolled oats that are lightly toasted until golden to give an earthier flavor to this sauce, along with just a hint of almonds, red pepper and smoked paprika.

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Vanilla Maple Chia
A client favorite: Kelly's classic chia pudding, infused with a touch of vanilla + maple, and topped with fresh bright berries.. This treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
Peanut Butter Granola Bites
These delicious bites are the perfect snack whenever you need quick energy. The combination of natural maple, gluten free oats, protein-packed peanut butter, and dark chocolate chips provide a wholesome treat. These pre-portioned bites are just the right size....Have one, have two, it’s up to you!
