THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Get Up & Goji
Goji berries, cauliflower, raspberries, blueberries + sweet dark cherries, banana, hemp seeds + açaí powder - packed rich with antioxidants and uplifting energy!
Blueberry Protein Oats
GF oats, Sunwarrior vanilla protein, sunbutter, banana, date, blueberries, cinnamon + sea salt
Tropical Mango Matcha
Pineapple, mango, avocado, almond butter, date, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, spinach + Your Super Matcha: matcha, maca, moringa, wheat grass, barley grass
SOUPS:
Chipotle Butternut Squash:
This soup is super creamy (yet cream-less) and full of delicious vibrant flavor. A velvety combination of seasonal squash with the kick of warm Mexican spices. Warm to desired temp, and top with provided cilantro, crunchy pepitas, squeeze of lime and salt and pepper to taste.
Chef Katie's Vegan Pho
Is there anything better than a big bowl of delicious brothy vietnamese style Pho? Our answer is no! Soupy, slurpy, with "zoodles", tofu, bak choy and immunity boosting herbs and spices. The broth is infused with star anise, cloves, cinnamon, garlic and ginger, and finally topped with basil, mint, cilantro, ming sprouts and a drizzle of sriracha or hoisin sauce (or both!. (all provided on the side_ A total bowl of health! Heat on medium heat for 5 minutes - top with all the goodies, a squeeze of lime and enjoy!

NEW! Quinoa Macaroni with Romesc-Oat Sauce:
You know how much we love homemade sauces, and this Spanish style romesco sauce is a great one! Our version is gluten free, bold, zippy and full of roasted tomato and pepper flavor. Served over quinoa pasta, roasted cauliflower and a light spring green salad with walnut + pomegranate vinaigrette. Delicious warmed or at room temp.
NEW! Superfood Rainbow Salad with Acai Dressing:
This colorful salad bowl makes it easy to "Eat The Rainbow"! It makes the perfect spring time meal, or just anytime you want something refreshing, and satisfying. Black rice, purple cabbage, marinated mixed greens and crisp bright veggies - serve warm as a stir-fry, or cold and crunchy straight out of the jar. top with provided Açai Super Immunity Dressing.
GCF Asian Style Signature Salad
An Asian version of our classic crunchy salad: curly kale, green + red shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, roasted broccoli, edamame and served over quinoa and with our NEW Creamy Sesame Ginger Dressing . We are loving this salad served warm or hot. Stretch it as a meal to share? Add a protein of your choice (great with chicken or tofu). Top with provided Tamari toasted peanuts.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
NEW! Thai Coconut Hummus
Combining three things we love: Thai flavors, cashews and hummus! Vibrant, slightly spicy and protein packed. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Also pairs well with flax crackers or toasted pita. We topped ours with sriracha toasted coconut + cashews for a little spice and crunch. Enjoy!
Pistachio Spring Green Pesto
This lovely pesto is fresh and green and full of zesty flavors. Oil free and veggie vibrant! Pairs well with pasta, zoodles, fish, chicken or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités! Pairs well with our Butternut Soup!

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Carrot Cake Muffin-Cookies
Rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats - these carrot cake muffin cookies are oil free, refined sugar free - and the perfect nutrient-packed-any-time-of-day kind of snack. Warm, lightly toast, or enjoy as is... pairs well with a cup of coffee - relish in the "treat"!
NEW! Chocolate Chia PB Parfait
We've taken the forever favorite chocolate peanut butter combo and turned it into a luscious, layered fiber and omega rich, super satiating pudding. Our cacao chia pudding is topped with a luscious peanut butter mouse - loaded with nutrients for guiltless decadence! Made with love, of course.
