HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.

NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)

SOUPS:
Roasted Root Veggie Pureé with Pistachio Herb Pesto
A soothing combo of winter root veggies + medley of squash - roasted to perfection and pureed to create this vibrant cold weather soup. Top with our pistachio herb drizzle and enjoy along side a crusty piece of sourdough bread.
Spring Green Detox
Sometimes you just need a detoxifying meal after the holidays, and this soup fits the bill! A healing broth made with lemon and miso and loaded with fresh green veggies, it's perfect for boosting your immunity and resetting your system. We also love this served over a bowl of dark leafy greens - kale, chard, spinach (whatever you choose)!
SALADS. BOWLS. ENTREES
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Bento Bowl:
It's one-bowl wonder of steamed rice, sautéed vegetables, marinated mushrooms, tamari roasted delicate squash, and crisp fresh veggies. Keep the components separate or mix together as a nourishing mixed bowl and top with provided ginger miso dressing (inside the jar). To pepper warm the components of your choice in a sauté pan over med heat - do not over heat. We like to keep the shredded green cabbage, and carrot + daikon noodles, fresh, but prepare the way you like, you can't go wrong! Optional protein add on: soft boiled free range egg or grilled organic chicken.
Sage + Walnut Pesto Noodle Bowl with Roasted Butternut Squash
A winter-time comfort food! Moringa brown rice pasta with walnut sage pesto, roasted butternut squash, lemony chickpeas and toasted walnuts. To serve simply warm, toss and enjoy! Add a dash of olive oil to loosen noodles as needed. This dish is high in vitamins A, C, E, calcium, potassium + iron....A Super Food! We love to enjoy this one warm or room temp - a great pack and go lunch!
GCF Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. This week we are serving it over quinoa. Pairs well with our Root Veggie Puree.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
Thai Peanut Hummus
Combining three things we love: Thai flavors, peanuts and hummus! Vibrant, slightly spicy and protein packed. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités. Also pairs well with flax crackers or toasted pita. For a little extra kick - top with red pepper flakes of a drizzle of sriracha!
Light & Bright Edamame Dip
This fresh, green, creamy dip is made with protein-packed edamame and our special cashew crema. Enjoy as a spread on pita bread or as a dip for crackers and our rainbow of crudite.
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Mexican Hot Coco Chia Pudding
With a surprising hint of cinnamon, spice and sea salt, this rich, Mexican inspired bowl of chocolatey goodness is a perfect healthy breakfast indulgence, or anytime treat.
Seedy Tahini Bars with Dark Chocolate and Goji Berries
These chewy, seedy, savory bars are crazy good and have quickly become one of our favorite healthy treats. Packed with protein and energy they are perfect as an after-workout snack or an afternoon pick-me-up. We like to store ours in the freezer to keep them nice and firm, but if you prefer a little soft - the fridge works too! Also delish crumbed like granola over coconut yogurt - yum!
