SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy!
Berry Energy Bomb
Triple berry blend, cherries, banana, spinach, flax, hemp, Your Super Energy Bomb (Acai, guarana, maca, lucuma, banana powder) + cacao nibs

SOUPS:
Roasted Root Veggie Puree with Pistachio Mint Pesto
A soothing combo of winter root veggies and squash - roasted to perfection and pureed to create this soothing cold weather soup. All the vegetables in this soup can be found fresh in the winter months. Root vegetables are grounding, but the soup leaves you feel fresh, light and invigorated. Serve with a dollop of our homemade pistachio pesto.
Chef Katie's Spring Green Detox
We wanted the perfect dotox soup for this menu and this recipe fits the bill! A healing broth made with lemon and miso and loaded with fresh green veggies is perfect for boosting your immunity and resetting your system. Fermented foods like miso are a good source of beneficial bacteria, protein and B vitamins. Do not overheat this soup as you want to keep the enzymes alive. Pour over a handful of deep dark leafy greens!
Clean Carrot Ginger + Turmeric
An inflammation busting carrot, ginger and turmeric soup that's absolutely bursting with fresh, warming flavors! Turmeric is a delicious, fragrant spice, that’s packed with health benefits. The anti-inflammatory properties are activated by ground black pepper and the heat from your stove top. Top with included sunflower + hemp seeds.
Super Charged Broccoli Spinach
Our super healthy broccoli and spinach soup is a delicious bowl of nourishing green goodness. Filled with cleansing ingredients that supply a bounty of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You will feel light and nourished after eating this soup. Top with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste.
Winter White Cauliflower Soup
An unusually flavorful white detox soup filled with anti-inflammatory ingredients like celery, leeks and cauliflower and warming spices. Although the color white is associated with processed foods like sugar and flour, white vegetables found in nature are actually high in powerful phyto-chemicals that fight off cancer, improve blood pressure and kidney function. Delicious topped with provided sprouted pumpkin seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.
*A note on portions: each 32 ounce jar contains 2 generous servings. Consume half of a jar for lunch, half for dinner. if this portion size feels too large, all of the purees freeze beautifully!

These chewy, seedy, savory balls are crazy good and have quickly become one of our favorite healthy treats. Packed with protein and energizing healthy fats, they are perfect as a mid-morning snack or an afternoon pick-me-up.
Hydrating Crudite
"Eating your water" is one of our secrets to having youthful, glowing skin. Hydrating fruits and vegetables help hydrate the cells and leave our insides, as well as our skin, clean and glowing. Enjoy the satisfying crunch of this nourishing crudite of cucumber, jicama, radish, daikon and celery each afternoon of the SOUPer Cleanse.
Morning Lemon Ginger Tonics
Upon wakening, start the day with a Dragonfly Lemon Ginger Jun or a cup of warm water infused with sliced lemon and ginger. These lemon ginger tonics will alkalize your entire body and stimulate healthy digestion for the day. Jun tea is is an effervescent fermented health tonic similar to Kombucha.
Evening Superfood Latte
Mushtoom Cacao Mix, Mushroom Chai Latte, and Mushroom Golden Latte Mix: Among the world’s most studied foods, mushrooms have proven time and again that they’re packed with the the stuff of superfood legend. They are immunity boosting, metabolism revving and chock full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These tinctures can be enjoyed simply with warm water, or as a luscious latte combined with your favorite warmed nut milk. We prefer to use just 6 to 8 oz of liquid or less to enjoy the intensity of flavors.
