THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy!
Creamy Matcha Mango
mango, avocado, almonds, spinach, date, banana, Your Super Power Matcha {matcha, maca, moringa, wheat grass, barley grass.}
Killer Chiller Oats
GF oats, sunbutter, banana, blueberries, chia, hemp, flax, date, cinnamon + sea salt
Cherry Cacao
Cherries, cauliflower, raw cacao, spinach, date, almond butter, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs
SOUPS:
Creamy Chickpea Dahl
This dish is so deliciously warming and made with ingredients that will give your mood and your health a boost. Inspired by a killer Bon Apetit Recipe and adapted by Chef Katie - our version is prepared with a healthy serving of vibrant spinach. Provided toppings: Serve with a dollop of cashew crema, cilantro and scallions. Serving suggestion: for even more healing greens: serve over a bed of sautéed kale.
Butternut Squash and Pumpkin Curry
A velvety combination of seasonal squash and pumpkin with coconut milk and warming curry spices. A delicious and savory soup that’s perfect for cozy winter evenings. This soup pairs well with our Signature Salad. Provided toppings: sriracha roasted pumpkin seeds. Like a little more spice? Delicious with a drizzle of sriracha or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Taco Night:
Flavorful black beans and bright sweet potatoes come together with brown rice, cabbage slaw and our homemade adobe ranch to create the yummiest vegan and gluten free tacos! Serve with provided Siete tortillas and slice of lime. Prep tips: Remove crunchy cabbage slaw and warm all remaining contents in a sauté pan to desired temp. To prep tortillas: heat on griddle or in pan at medium high heat for about 20 to 30 seconds per side. Top with provided salsa, and a squeeze of lime.
GCF Asian Chopped Salad
This delicious and healthy chopped salad is nourishing, crunchy and satisfying. Protein packed with vibrant edamame and layered with a variety of fresh veg, you know you’re getting vitamins and minerals with each and every bite. For a hot/ cold combo - remove the fresh veggies from the carrots up - and warm all remaining ingredients in sauté pan to desired temp. Pile the fresh veggies on top of the cooked and toss with our killer homemade peanut sauce, and garnish with chopped peanuts. Craving all warm? That works too! Empty the whole jar to sauté pan - warm and enjoy! Like a little kick? A drizzle of sriracha or sprinkle of red pepper will do the trick.
GCF Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. To make it a complete meal, serve over a bed of wild rice or quinoa.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
"Can't Beet It" Hummus
Although we love classic hummus, it’s also fun to add some creative variations to this Middle Eastern puree of chickpeas, tahini, garlic and olive oil. In our twist on tradition, we blend in roasted beets, which provides an earthy texture and a gorgeous crimson color. Serve this vibrant dip on pita bread, pita chips or with our rainbow of crudités.
Cilantro-Pepita Pesto
A fun twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudite. Also pairs very well with our Taco Night Bowl.

Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding
The delicious flavor of the season..... packed with protein, healthy fats and lots of love. Enjoy this sweet treat for breakfast or as an after dinner treat.
Kelly's GF Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
A toasty, tasty oatmeal cookie that’s vegan and gluten free! Delicious with your morning cup of coffee or as a fun family treat to be shared after dinner. Great for dunking in milk, coffee or chai!
Clean Candied Sesame Crunch
Just an extra yummy nibble. Also delish crumbled on top of your Asian Chopped Salad.
