HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy!
Nada Latte
Cauliflower, banana, Sun Warrior vanilla protein, date, Dandy Blend, cacao nibs, cinnamon + Your Super Chocolate Lover {cacao, carob, coconut, chia lacuma} *we made this one with nada lot of sugar, so if you prefer your "coffee" a bit sweeter feel free to a add more banana, a tsp of maple syrup or a dash of the sweetener of your choice!
Mango Matcha + Greens
Mango, banana, date, almond butter, spinach + Your Super Matcha {matcha, moringa, maca, wheatgrass and barley grass.}
Killer Chiller Oats
GF oats, triple power seed (flax chia hemp), sunbutter, banana, date, blueberries, cinnamon, sea salt.
SOUPS:
To prepare: warm in a soup pot to desired temperature. Do not overheat.
Cauliflower Chickpea Curry
This vegan curry is an explosion of awesome flavors, warming spices, and refreshing lemongrass. We served it over brown rice and love to top with a sprinkle of chopped cashews, scallions, cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Pairs well with Naan bread or can be served over sautéed greens.
GP inspired Vegan Detox Chili
This cozy chili contains sweet potatoes, black beans and lentils. A wonderfully delicious, hearty & healthy vegan meal. Garnish with avocado and chopped scallions or cilantro. For more spice add a drizzle of sriracha or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Fajita Bowl
Made with our special lentil “taco meat”, sauteed onions, peppers and portabellos. Served with cauliflower rice, crisp purple cabbage, romaine lettuce and vegan chipotle cremá. To prepare: pull out the lettuce and cabbage. Heat all remaining ingredients in a sauté pan for ~ 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Pile the fajita ingredients over the lettuces, top with chipotle cream and few slices of avocado. *to stretch for family: pair with Siete Tortillas, salsa, additional shredded cabbage or romaine - and make it a fajita making fiesta!
Seared Brussel Phad Thai
This delicious Pad Thai dish, has lively textures with roasted butternut, sautéed bok choy and bright edamame. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm - add a touch coconut oil as needed to loosen noodles + sauce (shouldn't take much!). Garnish with included chopped peanuts (these are packaged inside the jar), and a squeeze of lime. Also pairs deliciously with chopped cashews, and if you like a little spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha!
GCF Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. To make it a complete meal, serve over a bed of wild rice or quinoa. Top with sunflowers and currents.

Curried Squash Hummus
Our seasonal twist on the traditional middle eastern hummus! Pumpkin offers loads of health benefits and lends autumnal flavor to this simple and savory dip. We topped ours with curried cashews - perfect as a spread on crusty bread or served as a dip with our rainbow crudités.
GCF Bitchin' Sauce
Our homemade Bitchin' Sauce recipe is made with almonds and spices - one bite and you’re hooked. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités, flax crackers or enjoy warm with tortilla chips!
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Cinnamon Maple Chia with Guiltless Granola
Kelly's classic creamy chia pudding is full of vanilla flavor with warm notes of cinnamon throughout- topped with a super healthy granola - enjoy as a breakfast option or as a treat!
PB Mood Boosting Raw Bars
This is two of our favorite treats layered into one: Raw cacao, walnut and hemp seed base topped with a creamy perfect peanut butter bar with a few dark chocolate chips mixed in - yum. We like ours with a splash of cold brew on the side, enjoy for a guiltless pick-me-up!
