HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES + MUESLI
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy!
Berry Energy Bomb
3 berry blend, cherries, banana, chia, hemp, flax, cacao nibs, spinach + Your Super Energy Bomb ( acai, guarana, maca, lucuma, banana powder)
Tara's Peanut Butter Power Greens
mango, banana, date, PB, spinach + Your Super Greens (wheatgrass, barley grass, baobab, Moringa, spiraling, chlorella)
Muesli Cup
GF rolled oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, flax, chia, sea salt + cinnamon. Note: Pour nutmilk of choice into the cup (warm or cold), stir well and allow to soften 5 minutes or more... top with banana and enjoy with a spoon!
SOUPS:
Wonderful on their own as a light vegan meal, or serve with a crusty piece of bread or avocado toast. To prepare: warm in a soup pot to desired temperature. Do not overheat.
Detox Broccoli Soup
This nourishing, 3 vegetable soup is thick and creamy, even without dairy. Broccoli, fennel and celery are all cleansing ingredients and the cashew cream provides a luxurious flavor. Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a dusting of freshly ground pepper. Pairs well with our signature salad.
African Peanut Stew
A comforting vegan stew that is the perfect meal on a chilly fall evening. The combination of ginger, garlic and spices will keep your taste buds begging for more. Not only is this stew delicious and hearty, but it is also super healthy. Served over brown rice, with chopped peanuts. For more spice add a drizzle of sriracha or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

Pad Thai Crunch Bowl
A hearty plant-based dish with tons of texture and Thai flavor! Prepared with brown rice noodles, Asian vegetables, roasted tofu and our killer homemade peanut sauce. Top with chopped peanuts, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
The GCF Falafel Bowl (enjoy this one soon for best freshness!)
The ultimate Mediterranean Bowl with cauliflower rice, fresh parsley, kale, butter lettuce, mango chermoula, tzatziki, and topped with our classic vegan falafel. Serve with sprouted wheat pita and pickled red onions. Warm the falafel (a few minutes on each side just until warm). Warm the cauliflower rice and kale. Leave the lettuces crisp - enjoy as a salad with toasted pita slices on the side, or toast and stuff your pita as a sandwich!
GCF Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. To make it a complete meal, serve over a bed of wild rice or quinoa. Pairs beautifully with our detox broccoli soup this week!

Sweet Pea Pesto
Vibrant, fresh and bright - This pea pesto is perfect as a spread on crusty bread or served as a dip with our rainbow crudite.
Sunflower Paté
A delish and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, fresh dill and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita.
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Kelly's Chocolate Chia Pudding
A client favorite! Made with antioxidant rich cacao and topped with toasted coconut, and dark chocolate chips this treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
