THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
REQUIRED SHOPPING: Nut Milk of your choice OPTIONAL ADDON: Vegan Protein Powder.
*Please note: smoothies are stored in your freezer. To prepare: fill the cup with your favorite nut milk ( we love coconut and almond) allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour back into your cup and enjoy!
Cherry Cobbler
GF oats, pecans, almond butter, flax seeds, cinnamon, maple, vanilla, cherries + sea salt

The Cleo

SOUPS:
Wonderful on their own as a light vegan meal, or serve with a crusty piece of bread or avocado toast. To prepare: warm in a soup pot to desired temperature. Do not overheat.
White Bean Tuscan & Kale
Loaded with wild rice, veggies and creamy canellini beans this comforting vegan soup is to die for delicious! Enjoy with a piece of crusty Italian bread for dipping! Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon to taste.
Clean Carrot Ginger
This healthy Carrot Ginger Soup is made with roasted carrots, fresh ginger and hint of turmeric blended together until creamy. Serve with a dollop of our delicious cashew crema and a sprinkle of toasted pepitas. Pairs well with our Signature Salad. Super clean and cleansing!

Roasted Root Veggie Bowl
A hearty, healthy Buddah Bowl straight from the earth. Golden beets and sweet potatoes give the dish vibrant hues and a sweet taste, balanced out by quinoa and our special chermula sauce. Top with toasted pistachios, pipits and cranberries. This dish can be enjoyed room temperature or warmed up. To warm: empty contents into sauté pan and heat at medium temperature for about 5 minutes or until veggies are warmed through.
Taco Night
Flavorful black beans and butternut squash come together with brown rice, cabbage slaw and our homemade adobe ranch sauce to create the best vegan and gluten free tacos we have ever made! Serve with provided gf tortillas, fresh salsa and avocado. Warm all contents in a sauté pan to desired temp. To reheat tortillas: heat on griddle or in pan at medium high heat for about 20 to 30 seconds per side.
GCF Signature Salad
Our crunchy kale cruciferous salad with homemade slightly sweet tahini dressing. We are loving this salad served cold and crunchy or as a warm stir fry. To make it a complete meal, serve over a bed of wild rice or quinoa. Pairs beautifully with our cleansing carrot soup this week!

Can't Beet It Hummus
Isn't healthy beautiful? HOT pink, lemony with a kick of garlic and full of vitamins and minerals. Serve with our rainbow of crudités, gf crackers. or as a spread.
Costa Rican Black Bean Dip
A creamy blend of lime and black beans and spicy Costa Rican flavors. Serve with our rainbow of crudités, or pairs well with the Taco Time. Can be enjoyed warm (with tortillas chips!) or cold.
SWEETS + TREATS:
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Kelly's PB Cookie
Soft and chewy barely sweet peanut butter cookies with dark chocolate chips! Perfect as an after dinner treat and shared with a loved one!
Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding
The delicious flavor of the season..... packed with protein, healthy fats and lots love. Enjoy for breakfast or an afternoon pick me up!
