HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
PLEASE NOTE, FULL SIZED SIGNATURE DELIVERIES ARE PICTURED IN THIS MENU. ‘LET’S DO LUNCH’ CLIENTS RECEIVE SINGLE PORTIONS OF EACH ENTREE, SALAD AND SOUP PLUS ANY PURCHASED ADD-ONS.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Ka'chava vanilla protein powder, strawberries, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, spinach.
Sweet dark cherries, cauliflower, raw cacao powder, medjool date, almond butter, hemp hearts, cacao nibs, spinach.
Gluten free oats, blueberries, banana, sun butter, flax seeds, date, sea salt + cinnamon.
Soups + Salads
Meet our new favorite salad sensation! This salad is an all-veggie version of a traditional cobb salad. It’s packed with fresh corn from the cob, crispy romaine, roasted radishes, seasoned baked chickpeas and our favorite Miyokos vegan feta – served with our house made peppercorn ranch, cubed avocado and coconut “bacon”. It’s a delicious combination of flavors and we think you’ll love it.
TO SERVE: Cut open the avocado, and cube. Empty the contents of the jar into a large bowl and toss with dressing. top with a sprinkle of our coconut “bacon” and cubed avocado.
This salad would pair well with hard-boiled eggs or organic chicken for added protein punch.
Let us introduce to you one of our favorite soups! This vegan broccoli cheese soup is SO thick, rich and creamy you would never know it’s dairy free, gluten free and SUPER healthy! Wonderful on its own as a light meal or paired with our Classic Greek Salad this week.
TO SERVE: Empty the contents of the jar into a sauce pan. Gently warm on the stove top to desired temp, salt and pepper to taste (squeeze of lemon if you like) and top with freshly chopped chives and savory granola.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
These vegan and gluten free “meatballs” are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and so savory and delicious. Made with a base of chopped mushrooms, garlic and ginger combined with quinoa and black beans - these plant based beauties are sure to please. Served over roasted veggies and brown rice noodles, topped with a drizzle of our house made sesame ginger dressing, crushed peanuts, and fresh herbs - scallion, mint or cilantro
TO SERVE: Warm the meatballs in a a saute pan over medium/high heat, with a little coconut oil melted in the pan. Note: Noodles and can be served cold, or warmed (in the same pan as the meatballs.) Once plated - drizzle each serving with sesame ginger dressing and a sprinkle of crushed peanuts and fresh herbs.
This dish is a a real crowd pleaser thanks to the delicious mix of earthy flavors and textures. Roasted, golden brown cauliflower steaks, oven-crisped chickpeas and quinoa layered over lemony kale - topped with a drizzle of our house made tahini dressing and slivered almonds.
TO SERVE: Warm the Cauliflower steaks, roasted chickpeas, and kale in a saute pan with a little olive oil, over medium heat on the stove top. Once plated - drizzle with Romesco Dip Sauce and a sprinkle of slivered almonds, currants + pine nuts. Extra protein pairing suggestion: Awesome with rotisserie chicken.
It's no secret that we love Mexican style bowls at TF and one of our favorite burrito bowl creations is as light and fresh as it gets! A healthy combination of flavors made with our cilantro lime rice, and packed with roasted veggies, fresh greens and plenty of plant-based protein. This one is a Fan Favorite….Enjoy!
TO SERVE: This dish can be served room temperature or you can warm the rice, black beans and sweet potato components in a saute pan on the stove top. Keep the romaine and cabbage cold and crisp, toss to combine. Once plated - drizzle with our house made Avocado Dressing and a squeeze of lime. Delicious with cubed avocado, and Siete tortillas.
Veggies + Dips
This is our zesty version of the classic romesco sauce that originates from Spain, which is thick enough to be called a dip or spread. We use heart healthy rolled oats that are lightly toasted until golden to give an earthier flavor to this sauce, along with roasted almonds, red pepper and a hint of smoked paprika. Serve with our rainbow of crudités or smear on a fresh baguette!
Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudités. Pairs well with this week’s Black Bean Quesadilla and Cilantro Lime Burrito Bowl

NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Kick start your morning with this HEALTHY goodness. Raspberry Chia Pudding is sure to leave you feeling full and satisfied! Topped with fresh raspberries, kelly’s signature chia pudding and a layer of house made coconut cream - this is one gorgeous guilt-free treat.
Crunchy, nutty, not-too-sweet... loaded with fiber, healthy fats, and omega punch - this one can fill in as breakfast, snack or a treat after lunch!
