Soups + Salads
This Israeli Power Salad with Za’atar Roasted Sweet Potatoes is a bright and flavorful dish packed with crunchy, colorful veggies for a satisfying and super healthy meal in a bowl! Za’atar is a special spice blend used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking, but It’s especially popular in Israel, Syria and Lebanon. Sesame seeds, sumac and dried herbs, mixed with fresh lemon juice and tahini…..It’s just makes our hearts sing! Serve with provided blanched almond slivers and currants and our house made Creamy Tahini Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy this salad at room temp, or warm all of the ingredients to desired temp in a sauté pan on medium|low heat (do not overheat). Serve with Creamy Tahini Dressing and top with blanched almonds and currants. This dish pairs well with this week’s Vegan Tzatziki Dip.
This Szechuan Carrot Ginger Soup will warm you from the inside out. Seasoned with ginger, hot pepper flakes and sesame oil and made creamy with nuts, this soup is soul-warming, nourishing and delicious. We love the healing benefits of carrots, mainly the antioxidant-rich carotenoids that are known to pack anticancer powers.
Prep tip: This soup may thicken in fridge - add water to desired consistency - salt, pepper and spice to taste. Garnish with curried almonds and coconut.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
A client favorite! Made with our special portabella and walnut “taco meat” served over a crunchy and colorful mixture of fresh corn salsa, crisp cabbage, green leaf romaine lettuce, a hearty layer of protein packed black beans and our homemade Cilantro Jalapeńo Vinaigrette.

Pile over the lettuces, top with Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette, fresh herbs, toasted pepitas, avocado and a squeeze of lime. This dish can be served as a salad and enjoyed with provided Siete chips. A hearty and satisfying vegan meal bowl made with tofu, brown rice and brightly colored stir-fried veggies. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat…
TO SERVE: Warm all ingredients in a saute pan or wok over medium heat. Dress with with our homemade Perfect Peanut Sauce and garnish with provided toasted peanuts. Top with cilantro, scallion, and if you like a little more spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha. This bowl works well at room temp too. Pairs well with roast chicken if desired.
Creamy, flavorful and healthy…Indian cuisine lovers - this one’s for you! Our veggie Tikka Masala is cozy and warming and made with ingredients that will boost your energy, without leaving you bloated or heavy.
TO SERVE: Warm all components to your desired temp and top with fresh cilantro. This week’s Tikka has a bit of a kick! Add a drizzle of our house made Vegan Tzatziki Sauce for cooling, and for complimentary flavor. Salt and pepper to taste. Pairs well with Naan bread.
Note: Let’s Do Lunch clients, find your tzatziki sauce in the 2 ounce compostable portion cup.
Veggies + Dips
Our homemade Bitchin' Sauce recipe is made with almonds, fresh lemon juice, olive oil and spices - one bite and you’re hooked. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or tortilla chips. It is awesome as a veggie dip for the kiddos - try with roasted broccoli!
Tzatziki is a cucumber and yogurt-based sauce or dip commonly served in Mediterranean cuisine. Our plant-based version is herbaceous, cool and creamy, but made without the dairy! This would make the perfect dip for fresh vegetables and warm pita, served with olives. Pairs nicely with our Falafel Bowl this week.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Thankfully it is possible to get your sweet fix without compromising your health, or over indulging. This delightful treat is just that - loaded with nutrients, fiber and healthy fats and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
Two of our favorite treats come together as one super foodie bar . Our "perfect peanut bar" layer tops our mood boosting cacao crust and then we top them both with dark chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of course sea salt. These are intense(ly delicious)! Cut into small bites, enjoy along side a cup of Joe, and store in the freezer to make them last... (though, we can't help ourselves!)
