HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Note: Full orders are pictured below. JUST LUNCH orders will receive single serving of each entree soup and salad + any add-ons purchased.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Mango, avocado, spinach, almond butter, almonds, date, banana, coconut flakes + Your Super Power Matcha {Matcha, Moringa, Maca, Wheatgrass, Barley Grass}
Mixed berries, banana, cacao powder, hemp seeds, cashews, almond butter, kachava chocolate protein powder, date.
Gluten free oats, Kachava Vanilla protein powder, sunbutter, banana, date, blueberries, cinnamon, sea salt.

Soups + Salads
Tomato soup is one of our favorites any time of year, but especially when the tomatoes are fresh from the Farmer’s Market. It’s the ultimate healthy comfort food - filled with a variety of vine ripened tomatoes, herbs, garlic, and perfect alongside avocado toast or a melty grilled cheese sandwich. Pairs nicely with our Classic Greek Salad this week.
TO SERVE: Serve warm (or chilled!) with fresh basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, and our house made gluten-free croutons.
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, cauliflower and marinated chickpeas - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our house creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy cold or room temperature - or warm your cauliflower and shredded sprouts for a warm cool combo. Toss with dressing and pumpkin seeds or savory granola.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Black Bean Quesadillas — a fun vegan spin on your classic bean and cheese quesadilla. Nothing is quite as fun and comforting to eat than a quesadilla. Sandwiched between a gluten free tortilla — you’ll find a protein packed meal perfect for lunch or dinner this week.
TO SERVE: Place a nonstick skillet on medium heat and add a small amount of coconut oil or olive oil. Heat the oil in the skillet. Add the quesadilla to the pan and heat each side until nice and crisp. After flipping it a few times, your quesadilla will be reheated in a matter of minutes and ready to enjoy.
Serve with our Mexican Style Chop Salad with Goji Chipotle Dressing on the side. Pairs well with our Cilantro Jalapeño Pesto and Chipotle Cashew 'Queso'
It's no secret that we love Mexican style bowls at TF and one of our favorite burrito bowl creations is as light and fresh as it gets! A healthy combination of flavors made with our cilantro lime rice, and packed with roasted veggies, fresh greens and plenty of plant-based protein. This one is a Fan Favorite….Enjoy!
TO SERVE: This dish can be served room temperature or you can warm the rice, black beans and sweet potato components in a saute pan on the stove top. Keep the romaine and cabbage cold and crisp, toss to combine. Once plated - drizzle with our house made Avocado Dressing and a squeeze of lime. Delicious with cubed avocado, and Siete tortillas.
Shredded jack fruit, hearts of palm, chickpeas, creole seasonings and lots of fresh herbs make for the most delicious vegan “crab” cakes!
TO REHEAT: Add a small amount of oil in the bottom of a fry pan or cast iron skillet. Bring it to heat, then add the jack cakes and cover with a well-fitting lid. Heat on each side for a few minutes, or to your desired temperature.
Serve on butter lettuce leaves with a delicious vegan remoulade sauce, a sprinkle of fresh spring onions and a side of crunchy slaw.
Veggies + Dips
From Jessica Seinfeld’s cookbook, Vegan At Times. We love this Chipotle Cashew Queso. It’s a dip, filling, topping. Whatever you want it to be! it adds richness, flavor, and protein to any meal or snack. Pairs well with this week’s Black Bean Quesadillas or Cilantro Lime Burrito Bowl.
A slightly spicy, tangy twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudités. Pairs well with this week’s Black Bean Quesadilla.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Rich in protein, fiber and healthy omega-3 fats - these carrot breakfast cookies are oil free, refined sugar free - and the perfect nutrient-packed-any-time-of-day kind of snack. Warm, lightly toast, or enjoy as is... pairs well with a cup of coffee or tea - relish in the "treat"!
What better way to brighten your day than this Lemon Mousse Chia Pudding? Packed with plant-protein, healthy fats, and turmericI - It's like sunshine in a jar! We love it topped with fresh berries for a light and delicious breakfast or as an energizing post workout snack.
