Notes on detoxifying ingredients: Cruciferous Veggies are loaded with vitamin C and sulphur, which help to remove free radicals and uric acid from the body. Add to that, Kale has one of the highest levels of antioxidants of any plant you can eat and can help reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol and detox the liver. Snacks, Tonics & Teas
Deliciously prepared with simple ingredients: raw cashews, sea salt, cinnamon, ground vanilla powder and dates. Cashew milk is full of important minerals, like magnesium, phosphorus, iron, potassium and zinc. The fat in cashews is mostly unsaturated and they are a good source of protein. Separation is totally natural. These mylks don’t have the artificial binders or gums that most store bought mylks do, so they may look a little different. If you see the pulp separate from the mylk - no fret, just give it a good shake before serving.
If you are looking for a little something to sip on: Mushtoom Cacao Mix, Mushroom Chai Latte, and Mushroom Golden Latte Mix: Among the world’s most studied foods, mushrooms have proven time and again that they’re packed with the the stuff of superfood legend. They are immunity boosting, metabolism revving and chock full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These tinctures can be enjoyed simply with warm water, or as a luscious latte combined with your favorite warmed nut milk. We prefer to use just 6 to 8 oz of liquid or less to enjoy the intensity of flavors.
The Brazilian: Brazil nuts, filtered water, vanilla bean, date, cinnamon and Himalayan sea salt. Best when fresh - Enjoy these two on the front end of your week! This nourishing Nut Mylk is a naturally sweetened, warm, comfort drink that stabilizes blood sugar. We like to sip this drink before bedtime, as it helps wind down from the day, and lets the body know it’s time to rest.
Hemp seeds for omegas, plant protein punch and a creamy satisfying finish. Dates for digestion, energy, brain function and a multitude of minerals (iron, calcium, manganese, copper, and potassium to name a few) Spirulina and super green for detox, immunity, anti inflammation, energy and too many benefits to list.
How To Prepare: To the blender add 1 Tablespoon Matcha Mix + 1 Date + 6-8 ounces hot water. Blend on high for 1 minute.
"Eating your water" is one of our secrets to having youthful, glowing skin. Hydrating fruits and vegetables help hydrate the cells and leave our insides, as well as our skin, clean and glowing. Enjoy the satisfying crunch of this nourishing crudite of cucumber, jicama, radish, daikon and celery each afternoon of the Souper Cleanse.
Loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, this homemade vegetable broth is an immune boosting, gut-healing, anti-inflammatory powerhouse - and it’s delicious! Heat the broth gently in a sauce pan. We love it served as a tea, with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
These chewy, seedy, savory bars are crazy good and have quickly become one of our favorite healthy treats. Packed with protein and energy they are perfect as an after-workout snack or an afternoon pick-me-up. We like to store ours in the freezer to keep them nice and firm.
SPOTLIGHT ON SUPERS:
A QUOTE WE LOVE:
“Setting your intention is the root of success. Do you "have" to do it, or do you "want" to do it? It is very important that you set the right frame of mind and the way to think about the program you are about to start. If you think about this program as something you *have* to do for your health it will not be as powerful as thinking about it as something you *want* to do. Obligation isn't nearly as strong a driving force as desire.”
PACKAGING LOVE:
The environment is very important to us. We choose the most eco- friendly products and packaging possible. We serve our vegan menu in glass jars, and all other packaging is fully compostable.
