HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Gluten free oats, cauliflower, sea salt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, date, hemp, chia, flax, maca, cinnamon, banana + Kachava Vanilla protein powder.
Blueberries, banana, spinach, almonds, almond butter, cacao powder, cacao nibs, date.
Cherry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, banana, Your Super Energy Bomb, chia, hemp, flax, cacao nibs, spinach, kale.
Soups + Salads
Cold nights are made better with this soul warming Sweet Potato Soup. We incorporate warming winter veggies with a lovely kick from yellow curry and a sweet, nutty flavor from hazelnut to create the perfect savory bowl of soup that’s warming and so delicious. Warm soup on the stove top, and serve with a sprinkle of our toasted maple curry hazelnut and pecan topping.
A vibrant mix of romaine, arugula, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots and cauliflower - mingled with roasted red peppers, capers and served with our house made Pecan Parmesan and creamy Vegan Caesar Dressing.
TO SERVE: Enjoy cold or room temperature - or warm your cauliflower and shredded sprouts for a warm cool combo. Toss with dressing and homemade Vegan Pecan Parm.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
A hearty and satisfying vegan meal bowl made with tofu, brown rice and brightly colored stir-fried veggies. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat…
TO SERVE: Warm all ingredients in a saute pan or wok over medium heat. Dress with with our homemade Perfect Peanut Sauce and garnish with provided toasted peanuts. Top with cilantro, scallion, and if you like a little more spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha. This bowl works well at room temp too.
Veggies + Dips
A bright, lemony pesto made with artichokes, parsley, hemp seeds and pine nuts. Pairs well with pasta, or as a spread on crusty bread. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités! This dip will oxidize (like guacamole) it is fresh and without preservatives - simple give it a good stir and enjoy!
A delicious and healthy blend of sunflower seeds, roasted carrots and zesty lemon. Serve as a dip with our rainbow of crudités or enjoy with toasted pita.
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
The delicious flavor of the season..... packed with protein, healthy fats and lots love. Enjoy for breakfast, an afternoon pick me up, or an evening (guiltless) treat!
