THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
SMOOTHIES
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Elderberry Immune Boost
authentic hemp elderberry tonic, blackberry blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, banana, kale + Your Super Forever Beautiful powder (chia, acai, maqui, acerola cherries, maca, blueberry)
Chef T's Power Greens
Mango, banana, spinach, peanut butter, date, avocado. We packed this one with the yummies - add more greens to your preference - kale works great too!
NEW! Mocha Chaga Frappe
Four Sigmatic chaga lions mane coffee, cauliflower, banana, cacao nibs, cacao powder, vanilla Sunwarrior Powder, macadamia, hazelnuts, date + maple. Add extra nut milk and 2 ice cubes for a frappe style treat.
SOUPS. NOODLES
Broccoli "Cheese" Soup:
Let us introduce to you one of our favorite soups! This vegan broccoli cheese soup is SO thick, rich and creamy you would never know it’s dairy free, gluten free and SUPER healthy! Pairs well with our Farmer's Market Signature Salad. Warm to desired temp and top with provided rustic GF croutons.
Pad Thai Crunch Bowl
A client fave - hearty plant-based dish with tons of texture and Thai flavor! Prepared with GF brown rice noodles, Asian vegetables, edamame and our killer homemade peanut sauce. Super-satisfying flavors, and easy to reheat - simply pop all ingredients into a sauté pan to warm - add a touch coconut oil or water as needed to loosen noodles + sauce (shouldn't take much!). Top with chopped peanuts, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. And if you like a little spice: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha! OR! Make a Pad Thai salad: Simply warm the noodles and sauce - layer on the crisp raw veggies and VIOLA!

A hearty bowl of roasted sweet potatoes, radishes, black beans, brown rice and romaine.... seasoned with warm Mexican flavors and served with Chef T's authentic mole sauce. This sauce has incredible flavor notes. Rich, dark, smoky and nutty, this unique blend of peppers, spices, seeds and nuts can literally turn any dish into a flavor fest. Warm mole sauce to loosen - toss with warmed rice + veggies, pile over fresh lettuces and top with lime, cilantro and our cashew créma.
NEW! Miso Sweet Potato Collard Wraps
It’s time to welcome in the abundant spring produce, and dig into some crisp veggies and bright flavors - and these light and delicious Collard Wraps are just the ticket! Served with fresh spring asparagus and a side salad of massaged kale, match sticked carrots, jicama, scallions and our homemade Ginger Sesame Dressing.
Farmer's Market Signature Salad
This salad is all about using what's fresh and in season from your local market, and this week it's loaded with plant-based protein to keep you energized all day long. Quinoa, chickpeas, grated carrots, red cabbage, mixed spring greens, and our homemade basil dijon vinaigrette. Toss togeteher, and top with pistachio, sunflower seeds and sweet tart cherries. Pairs beautifully with our "can't Beet It" Hummus.
VEGGIES + DIPS:
"Can't Beet It" Hummus
Isn't healthy beautiful? HOT pink, lemony with a kick of garlic and full of vitamins and minerals. Serve with our rainbow of crudités or gf crackers. Pairs well with our Farmer's Market Signature Salad.
Pepita + Cilantro Pesto
A fun twist on classic pesto, this dip is so versatile and completely delicious! Wonderful served on pasta, with eggs, on toasted baguette or with our rainbow of crudite. Pairs well with our Holy Mole Bowl.

Creamy cinnamon chia pudding meets cashew coconut cream in this layered vegan delight. Topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon - enjoy for a breakfast treat or as a guilt free dessert!
