HERE’S WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE THIS WEEK:
THIS MENU IS VEGAN BUT YOU CAN EASILY ADD PROTEIN OF YOUR CHOICE TO ANY MEAL.
Smoothies
NOTE: Smoothies are kept in the freezer. TO PREPARE: Fill the cup with your favorite nut or oat milk (we love almond and coconut), allow to soften for 5 minutes. Empty contents into the blender and blend on high, until smooth. Enjoy! (Scroll to bottom of page for photos of each.)
Coconut flakes, hemp seeds, date, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, banana, spinach.
Cauliflower, gluten free oats, sea salt, Vanilla Ka’chava protein powder, dark cherries, almonds, almond butter, banana.
Soups + Salads
Light, fresh foods are our inspiration these days and our Chop Stix Chop Salad is just the ticket. Loaded with an assortment of fresh crunchy veggies, brown rice and tossed with our house made Spicy Ginger Dressing.
TO SERVE: Top with crunchy peanuts, scallion and cubes of avocado. If you like spice - add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper or sriracha.
This minestrone is the perfect combination of comforting, while also super light and refreshing - that leaves you feeling energized and satisfied. It’s LOADED with the freshest summer produce, gluten-free pasta, protein and fresh Italian flair. We love it served with a dollop of our pistachio pesto, fresh basil and a sprinkle of house made pistachio Parmesan. For a heartier meal, serve with a crusty piece of bread.
Bowls + Entrees
NOTE: All of the bowls and salads can be served with optional animal protein
Not just any ole' veggie burger.... this one’s packed full of flavors and super charged nutrition: millet (or quinoa), zucchini, white beans, mushrooms - warm burger (and root veggie fries) on each side for 3 - 5 minutes on med| high and serve over butter lettuce with fresh greens and top with a dollop of horseradish crema. Pairs well with cabbage kraut or pickled onions.
Nourishing Buddha Bowls are our favorite kind of comfort food! Our latest creation for spring is loaded with asparagus, Japanese sweet potatoes, brussels and tofu served with jasmine rice and a creamy + dreamy miso dressing. We think you are going to love it!
TO SERVE: We love this bowl served room temp or warmed gently in a saute pan. Use the Miso Dressing sparingly and to taste….. It has a strong flavor. Note: Do not warm the dressing, to save the delicate nutritional enzymes.
Made with our signature walnut + portobello “taco meat”. Served with sautéed onions + peppers, seasoned cauliflower rice, crisp purple cabbage, and romaine lettuce.
TO SERVE: First, pull out the lettuce and cabbage and put in a serving dish. Heat all remaining ingredients in a sauté pan for ~ 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Pile the fajita ingredients over the lettuces, top with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro, scallions, pumpkin seeds - and enjoy a fajita making fiesta!
Veggies + Dips
White cannellini beans are used in place of chickpeas for this hummus-style dip that is extra creamy and flavorful. It’s excellent with the spicy kick that comes from Sriracha chili sauce - We love it served with toasted pita bread and our rainbow veggie crudite.
This lovely pesto is fresh, green and full of spring flavors. So delicious when served with pasta, zoodles, or even a dollop with eggs and toast. We love it as a simple light + bright dip for our veggie crudités!
Sweets + Treats
NOTE: all of our sweets are made with whole, unrefined ingredients. Enjoy guiltlessly as snack or after dinner treat.
Irresistibly chewy Coconut Macaroons with crisp edges and sweet coconut flavor! These healthy treats are perfect for when you’re craving a little sweet - they are gluten-free, refined sugar-free and sweetened only with a dash of pure maple syrup. Enjoy!
A client favorite: Kelly's classic chia pudding recipe, infused with a touch of vanilla + maple, and topped with house made blueberry coulis.. This treat is loaded with nutrients and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
