Israeli Power Salad with Moroccan Spiced Sweet Potatoes and Creamy Tahini Dressing
Ingredients:
sweet potato
extra virgin olive oil
za’atar
sweet paprika
cayenne pepper
sea salt
black pepper
chickpeas
parsley
lemon
red cabbage
chard
quinoa
onion
Prep tips: enjoy this salad at room temp, or warm all of the ingredients to desired temp in a sauté pan on medium| low heat (do not overheat) - to stretch for family: pile over mixed spring greens, crunchy romaine hearts or spicy arugula. Serve with creamy tahini dressing.
