Fall Harvest Delicata Salad

In this beautiful cool-weather salad, kale and millet are topped with roasted delicata and a creamy maple-tahini dressing. It’s hearty and comforting while still being light and energizing. Serve topped with honey crisp apple (chopped), pepitas + tart cranberries. This salad is absolutely wonderful on it's own as a full meal, or can be served as a side salad with protein of your choice.

Maple Tahini Dressing
